With five years of honed expertise in workflow development and process automation, she guides clients through transformative BPM changes and leads impactful process redesign workshops. Her background as a Business Intelligence Developer at Seabury KL equipped her with the skills to create innovative business intelligence products using tools like Cognos Powerplay cubes and Tableau dashboards, ensuring high-quality standards through rigorous data analysis. Additionally, her role as a Senior Analyst in Data Management Services at IPG Mediabrands allowed her to develop comprehensive marketing dashboards with QlikView BI tools, contributing significantly to effective business strategies.
