ECO MINIMALISM Minimalism basically means stripping down the unwanted elements to their most basic fundamental features. This design type emphasizes with simplicity in artwork. “Less is more”- Mies van o Rohe’s phrase is the basic concept of minimalist architecture. Eco-friendly architecture in general just means creating anything that promotes environment friendly products. In architecture, it can mean consuming less energy and utilizing natural means of light and air as much as possible. Ecological minimalism in general refers to minimalizing environmental impact while maximizing human well-being and economic benefit. Eco-minimalism in architecture simply means uniting nature with man-made art. Form Development
Site Context The site falls in the Ghansoli node of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Ghansoli is divided into various sectors of which the site lies in sector 13 zone. The area of the site is about 27.64 acres 111742sq.mt
