Introduction
In this report issues, that have been found with the Soulely Natures website are going to be
addressed. As a marketing tool this website is not as efficient as hoped and needs addressing and
rectification. A survey was conducted by (T)= 30 people, (N)= 700, which may not be reflective for
the entire population. Of this set total of people 50% are non-English speaking.
The survey results have shown that there are issues for this group of people that need addressing,
information attained did however provide some very consistent answers. This report will provide an
analysis of two research documents to hopefully offer some recommendations.
1. Website review/ survey (Appendix 1) and
2. Woorank SEO Soulely Nature (Appendix 2)
For a website to be efficient it is recommended that it regularly tests, of the following key areas are,
are taken:
• Functionality
• Usability
• Interface
• Performance
• Security
Methodology
This report collected information from two sources:
1. Primary research: online survey tool TYPEFORM (please refer to Appendix 1 for the complete
survey)
The survey was conducted by (T)= 30 of people, (N)= 700, which may not be reflective for
the entire population. Of this total population 50% are non-English speaking.
2. Secondary research: WOORANK SEO analysis (created by third party) (please refer to
Appendix 2-Woorank report), various websites and other available data
Purpose
An analysis was done to test for efficient or inefficient working of the website, such as appearance,
links, navigation. It was tested to find information on satisfaction of demographic needs, having a
logical interface as well as performance and speed connection. Furthermore, it was stress tested to
find out flaws in the system.
Provide solutions based on needs of the demographic. Our research indicated that there is no good
UX (user experience).

DATA
Data is harnessed from a website usability surveys and an online analytics and optimization toll
report, to extract meaning from raw data for Soulely Nature website development.
Primary research data
From our survey data the following issues were identified. (Please note data is distorted because the
majority of participants where students attending this college. If using unfamiliar participants
another result might be returned.)
The data returned proofs that information is difficult to find and several factors, such as overload of
information, visual overload and not important information play into it.
A concern of 59% was found about the credibility of this website. 69% of respondents showed that
it is not easy to navigate the website, which needs to be rectified immediately. Furthermore, the
internal search tool needs to be fixed due to no results at any search tried.

Conclusion
An independent audit of the website needs to be completed, due to too many issues found.
Corrective action needs to be taken and can be achieved in a timely manner with the right resources
and knowledge base.
