SEABOURN APPOINTS
INTEGRATED PLANNING MANAGER
Kyla Shirlaw has been appointed to the new role of ‘Integrated Planning Manager’ for Seabourn, responsible for coordinating the work streams relating to the planning and support of the Grand and World Voyages, including collaboration between the shipboard and shoreside teams.
Born and raised in Edinburgh, Kyla joined Seabourn
in 2017 as a Learning and Development Manager, working on all the vessels (and having travelled to all 7 continents) before being offered the opportunity to step into the Guest Services Manager position.
Since 2019, she has lead the Guest Services team for the first Grand and World voyages. Wanting to expand on this experience, Kyla is very excited to be supporting the work streams in making the future Grand and World voyages even more successful.
Seabourn’s VP UK & Europe Lynn Narraway comments: ‘We are a global based business, however it’s really exciting to have more of our valued Seabourn team members in new land-based positions within the UK.
“Last year we welcomed back Marc Thompson as Manager, Enrichment Programming and he’s based on the Isle of Wight, while Kyla is now working for our brand from her home in Edinburgh and will be integral to our knowledge and training for our Grand Voyage products.
“Kyla is really looking forward to welcoming our Scottish agent partners at future events in Scotland.”
JACQUELINE DOBSON JOINS SCOTTISH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BOARD
Jacqueline Dobson, President of Barrhead Travel, has been appointed to join the Scottish Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Commenting on her appointment, Dobson said: “It is a privilege to be joining a group of esteemed business leaders on the board of the Scottish Chamber of Commerce.
“In my current capacity as President of Barrhead Travel and Vice President of the Scottish Passenger Agents’ Association,
I have been championing small and medium businesses, retailers and the people behind them for decades. Travel and tourism are vital to ensuring the global connectivity of Scotland and I hope to take an active role in developing opportunities for Scottish businesses.
“I am looking forward to contributing to the Chamber’s dynamic vision for the future and advocating for the support that our business community and the travel industry needs.”

SEPTEMBER 2023
Hello and welcome everyone to my latest update on our SPAA.
Thank you to all who participated
in the recent SPAA survey. Overall
a very worthwhile and productive endeavour and as anticipated, some food for thought on various events, but ultimately it was a ringing endorsement of “The Voice of Travel
in Scotland” and our continued aim to serve the entire industry and speak up for all of us to benefit.
We will definitely try and take on board some of the ideas mentioned. It was, however, especially pleasing that
most of the events and services for which a rating was requested scored in the Outstanding or Very Satisfactory categories.
As we prepare the Diary for 2024, we will look to encompass many of the ideas and to work with you all to the best of our ability.
At the time of writing, it’s been announced that there may be an opportunity to relaunch the Monarch brand which sadly went under a few years back. Now I recall them well
and for sure it was a brand that for many years the public appreciated and supported but after going under and all the negative connotations with repatriation of clients etc. it puzzles me if a relaunch like this is the best strategy. I guess only time will tell and for sure gaining awareness of a new brand in any market is expensive, very hard work and can take months if not years to gain traction but I have a solution for anyone out there thinking of anything similar.
If you have a great and commercially viable operation then engage with the travel trade who can support
and grow in tandem the brand with you as trusted partners. However do not engage initially with the travel community, build up your sales and awareness and then drop the trade when it’s been suggested there’s a higher margin in going direct. It does not work in the long term and the industry has a very, very long memory for operators who have tried this in the past.
Although the market and sales figures remain strong to date, there have been a number of industry commentators raising the notion that come the end of 2023, early 2024, there will be a slow down on the trajectory of money spent by the public on travel. A combination of the post pandemic surge aligned with the ongoing pressures on the family budget due to inflation and overall cost of living is projected to have an effect.
THE VOICE OF TRAVEL IN SCOTLAND
I have no doubt that this indeed may be true to some extent and there
is no harm in being conservative in projections for next year as no one really knows what will happen but I still think it’s crucial we keep an optimistic stance in this, especially in the face of continued negative media coverage.
Well done and congratulations to everyone nominated and the winners in our recent Sparkle Awards, which reward and acknowledge those amongst us in the industry on the frontline of customer engagement and deliver the professional and excellent service that keeps the public returning to their agencies for advice and guidance.
We were absolutely delighted with the big increase in nominations this year and also added two new categories. Remember that these awards are judged by a panel who have no idea of who they are judging as all the nominations are anonymous. I don’t even know until they are announced on the day!
Next of course we have the voting for the Awards as per the page opposite and the QR code will work for Members to vote for Suppliers and Associates
to vote for Members. Make sure you encourage your staff to vote as that is how the winners are achieved by counting your votes.
Take care and stay safe,

Hello everyone,
I can’t believe how quickly time has flown by! We’ve now come to the end of another summer season, and with it, our smaller ship Balmoral has finished her sailings from Rosyth until next year. It’s been an incredible season for guests who have enjoyed the highlights of various destinations such
as the Baltic, culture-rich cities of France and Spain, and Norway’s enchanting fjords. This departure point has been especially convenient for those traveling from Scotland and the north of England.
Highlights have included a cruise discovering Scandinavia’s Viking heritage, cruising the spectacular Norwegian fjords, spotting wildlife out on deck with the ORCA team and on board, enjoying our Signature Experiences. Among these, ‘Treats of the Region’ allowed guests to learn more about local delicacies, how to make them and more importantly - taste them!
For your customers looking to plan their adventures for next year, we are currently offering a free all-inclusive drinks package on selected 2024 sailings when booked before
31st October inclusive - a great way to tempt your customers with added value and worry-free indulgence.
For those seeking a final spot of sunshine this year, from Liverpool they can experience a taste of the tropical with a Caribbean Islands cruise in November and also the chance to join the Fleet in Funchal, where each of the Fred. Olsen ships will be joining together for an unforgettable day of festivities and celebration.
Make sure to mark 27th June 2024 in your diaries, when Balmoral will be returning to Rosyth, to kickstart the summer season with a 7-night fjords cruise, a great way to give your customers a taste of cruise and the benefits of cruising
from Rosyth.

İSTANBUL – THE CITY WHERE TWO CONTINENTS MEET
Discover İstanbul the magnificent, featuring the modern and traditional set side by side with its history, cultural heritage, shopping opportunities, art and culinary delights.
With direct flights every day from Edinburgh, Birmingham, Dublin, London and Manchester, it’s the perfect city break choice.
TAKE A STROLL THROUGH HISTORY: THE HAGIA SOPHIA
Ayasofya-i Kebîr Cami-i Şerîfi (Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque), one of the most magnificent of İstanbul attractions, is ready to mesmerize you - an historical building from 537 to the present!
ENJOY THE SPICES, CARPETS AND GOLD: THE GRAND BAZAAR IN İSTANBUL
Be sure to visit this great bazaar in İstanbul for a short trip to the Ottoman period! The Grand Bazaar, which is the first market that comes to mind when talking about İstanbul, invites you to a visual feast with more than 4000 shops.
TAKE A TOUR THROUGHOUT THE BOSPHORUS AND SIMIT TO THE SEAGULLS!
The Bosphorus! Where blue and green meet, connecting the two continents. Spend some time in this exquisite strait that connects the Anatolian and European sides. Before getting on
the ferry, buy a Simit (Turkish Bagel) because the first thing to do in İstanbul is undoubtedly eating simit on the ferry and feeding the seagulls with it!
DISCOVER THE OTTOMAN EMPIRE ALONG WITH İSTANBUL: DOLMABAHÇE PALACE
The last signature of the Ottoman Empire to İstanbul: Dolmabahçe Palace! The palace, rising on the edge of the Bosphorus with traces of western architecture, will make you fall in love with both its interior and its view.
VISIT THE HEART OF THE OTTOMAN: TOPKAPI PALACE
This is where the sultans ruled the Ottoman from Topkapı Palace for exactly 400 years! Throughout its history, Topkapı Palace was the Ottoman sultans’ home - from
Mehmet the Conqueror. It was also the administrative, educational and artistic center of the empire. Today, it displays Ottoman weaponry, jewels, and artifacts, but it’s known for its stories, to be honest.
ONLY WAY TO FLY: GALATA TOWER
According to the Ottoman explorer Evliya Çelebi’s famous work, Seyâhatnâme (Travelogue), Hezârfen Çelebi, who climbed up the Galata Tower to make his dream come true, left the tower on his big wings in 1632! And flew across the Bosphorus and landed at Doğancılar in Üsküdar, 3558 meters away! Climb up the tower
to witness the breathtaking view of Istanbul and discover the makings of this story!
BREATHE IN THE CITY: PRINCES’ ISLANDS
Princes Islands that line up throughout The Marmara Sea will take a full day
of your İstanbul trip! The Islands are surrounded by peaceful silence. If you are ready to bike a little, watch the
sea, and have a picnic, do not forget to add the Prince’s Islands to your list of ‘‘İstanbul Visiting Places’’.
TAKE A MYSTERIOUS TRIP: BASILICA CISTERN
Another must-see architectural masterpiece in İstanbul is ‘’Yerebatan Sarnıcı’’ which is known globally as “Basilica Cistern.” Locals named this structure this way because of its intriguing illusion of infinite columns.

Where’s William?
This month, voting has begun for the SPAA Annual Travel Awards 2023. I am incredibly proud that Scenic & Emerald Cruises has won the River Cruise Line of the Year award for the 5th consecutive year – what
an honour!
Over the last 5 years, so much has changed at Scenic & Emerald Cruises. We now have 23 river cruise ships sailing across Europe and Southeast Asia – including Emerald Luna which set sail on the Rhine, Main and Danube for the first-time last Spring. In 2019, we ventured into ocean cruising with Scenic Eclipse,
The World’s First Discovery YachtsTM - and what a yacht!
With just 228 guests on board, two helicopters and
a submarine, Scenic Eclipse is a level of luxury and discovery not seen before in cruising. Then, last year Emerald Azzurra joined the Emerald Cruises fleet – a 100 guest luxury yacht perfect for island hopping around the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and Croatian coast.
And we haven’t stopped! This year we have launched two brand new yachts: Scenic Eclipse II in April and Emerald Sakara in June, plus we’ve added brand new destinations for our ocean cruises, and new itineraries to our ever-growing river cruise portfolio.
We’d be so thankful if you would think of voting for us as your River Cruise Line and Luxury Cruise Line of the Year in this year’s awards. Looking forward to another fantastic awards evening to come – see you all there!

SALESMATTERS WITH... AGSAIRPORTS
What attracted you to the job with AGS and how are you settling in?
When I first read the job description,
I felt very excited as the role brings
all my previous experience together. Many industry partners have been very supportive - a ‘perfect pairing’ said one.
AGS Airports is at the beginning of the next chapter of its development and
I am excited to be part of the journey. Further to completing lots of training, required of course when based at an airport, I am settling in well, doing what I do best - talking and networking with our industry partners.
New routes, developments and increased frequency are hugely important - what’s new for agents to sell?
It’s all hugely positive – Jet2 is growing in Glasgow all the time and TUI has announced plans to increase its number of based aircraft at Glasgow Airport from four to six for summer 2024, with an additional 180k seats
on sale!
Meanwhile, easyJet has launched Hurghada, Egypt, from 2nd November 2023 - a great destination for winter sun - flying Wednesdays and Saturdays - ideal for a short break too! This follows the launch of Porto and Lisbon flights this summer.
While Turkey, Spain, the Balearics
and the Canaries remain perennial favourites with Scottish holidaymakers, people are looking for a bit of diversity when it comes to destinations now with new ones emerging. For example, Cape Verde in the African Caribbean, Egypt and Tunisia with TUI.
I think people are generally more adventurous and are looking for a new experience and the arrival of Icelandic carrier PLAY Airlines to Glasgow Airport also provides a further option for people planning a trip to North America via Reykjavík.
Passengers are also getting used
to flying on more environmentally- friendly aircraft with Air Transat, which operates its greener Airbus A321neoLR on its Glasgow-Toronto route, one of the airlines leading the sustainability charge.
So too, is Scotland’s Loganair which
is the UK’s largest regional airline and recently introduced its first ATR aircraft to Glasgow Airport as part of a multi- million-pound investment to upgrade and futureproof its fleet and of course, the relaunch of Glasgow to Donegal. Donegal has been again, voted the most scenic airport for landing in the world! #GoForIt and give it a try!
We are delighted Icelandair have increased capacity from Glasgow Airport with a mix of Boeing 767 & Boeing 757, super news for those looking to travel in business class as additional seating will be available.
You can start your journey at Glasgow and go to countries around the world via Emirates but also via London with BA, Amsterdam with KLM, Dublin
with Aer Lingus, Toronto via Air Transat, Frankfurt with Lufthansa and Icelandair to the US via Reykjavik.
How is the flagship daily Emirates A380 route from GLA & DXB performing?
It is great to have Emirates now operating its iconic A380 on the Glasgow-Dubai route with 500 seats across First Class, Business Class,
Premium Economy, and Economy available, as well as the Emirates Lounge at Glasgow for First and Business Class customers - the UAE has never been more popular.
People love Dubai as a destination in itself but it’s a great option for onward connections to places like Australia and Asia.
How can you help and assist the trade to promote and sell flights from your airport?
We are engaging more with the trade using our closed user group Facebook page and relaunched our Agent Newsletter to keep our partners up to date with all the latest airport news.
We plan to introduce partner focus groups and after summer will be delighted to host several airside visits to showcase our shops, restaurants and bars, along with showing our range of lounges including the UpperDeck and Lomond Lounge.
We are just getting started so watch this space with lots more to come!

IF YOU COULD INVITE 3 FAMOUS PEOPLE FROM HISTORY TO HAVE DINNER WITH YOU - WHO WOULD THEY BE AND WHY?
The Queen – I reckon she could make a good cuppa! (or certainly knows someone who can). Anthony Bourdain – it’s dinner after all. James Gandolfini – I just think he would have some great after dinner stories to tell.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE DESTINATION?
Thailand – the weather, culture, food and overall experience is second to none.
IS THERE ANYTHING PEOPLE WOULD BE SURPRISED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU?
DO YOU HAVE ANY HIDDEN TALENTS?
I can only eat pringles in multiples of four!
HAVE YOU EVER BOOKED ANYONE FAMOUS?
Unfortunately not.
60
SECONDS
WHAT IS THE MOST UNUSUAL REQUEST
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR PERFECT DAY?
WHAT IS THE BEST PIECE OF BUSINESS
ADVICE YOU WERE EVER GIVEN?
You are the sum total of the five people you spend most time with. If you want to get better, put yourself among better people.
DO YOU HAVE A FAVOURITE SONG
THAT YOU LOVE TO SING ALONE?
Luke Combs – ‘Beer never broke my heart’.
Just ask the team – I can guarantee you it’s not their favourite. Not my version anyway!
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO
SOMEONE JUST JOINING THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY?
Don’t sweat the small stuff and don’t agonise over price and commission. Aim to build lifelong relationships with your clients, rather than worry what you are making on a single booking. Then book what’s right for the client.
IF TIME, DISTANCE AND COST WERE NO BARRIER,
YOU HAVE EVER HAD FROM A CLIENT?
It would have to be: Champagne breakfast in Monaco, followed by pasta and wine in Tuscany, an afternoon swimming and scuba diving in the Andaman Sea. Pizza at Juliannas in Brooklyn, followed by a night
of music and beer on the Nashville strip!
A semi-celebrity chef wanted a 5-star hotel in Kiev and the brief was this had to be “equidistant to the best quality brothels in the city”. Needless to say that incognito mode was activated for that search!
WHAT IS THE FAVOURITE PART OF YOUR JOB?
When a customer comes home elated about their trip and you know that you have helped craft a lasting positive memory for them.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE FILM?
Up in the Air with George Clooney. His character spends most of his time on a plane and prefers it to being on the ground. I can totally relate to that. I watch it probably 30-40 times per year. Usually when I am on a plane!
WHAT WAS THE LAST MUSIC EVENT THAT YOU ATTENDED?
Country 2 Country in Glasgow. Yee Haw!

CAMERA-WORTHY LANDSCAPES AT EVERY TURN
From the jagged mountain peaks of the Canadian Rockies to Alaska’s iceberg- dotted bays, this tour reveals the region’s incredible scenery in all
its glory.
The national parks of Banff and Jasper are patchworked with turquoise glacial lakes, snow-tipped mountains and swathes of verdant forest (home to bears, moose and elk). Travelling through Alberta and into British Columbia, the vistas shift from river valleys and mountain passes to green fields and vineyards.
Taking to the water, customers will have dress-circle seats for the island- dotted Inside Passage, mountain- backed fjords and tidewater glaciers. There’s wildlife here, too: whales, seals and eagles to name just a few.
LUXURY IN THE
They can gawp at the dramatic Maligne Canyon and see the sights of Vancouver, the world’s most liveable city. Free time during the tour allows them to explore at leisure, revisiting favourite sites or finding new ones.
On Rocky Mountaineer, they’ll hear stories of local history and legends, and watch for wildlife through huge domed windows. And during their cruise, they’ll have the chance to discover Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan, learning of their gold rush pasts and tribal traditions.
5 REASONS YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL LOVE THIS EFFORTLESS ADVENTURE TO CANADA & ALASKA
GREAT OUTDOORS
Getting up close to these wildly beautiful scenes doesn’t have to mean roughing it. Customers will be in the lap of luxury as they travel aboard Rocky Mountaineer, where friendly Hosts pour Canadian wines and beautifully plated meals come with ever-changing views on the side.

AIR CANADA WINS TOP AIRLINE AWARDS
Air Canada has been recognised as the World's Most Family Friendly Airline at the 2023 Skytrax World Airline Awards. The carrier was also named the Best Airline in Canada, its employees for Best Airline Staff in Canada and Air Canada Rouge was declared the Best Low-Cost Airline in Canada.
"These awards recognise Air Canada's industry leadership in Canada and the world. But the real winners are our employees, who work very hard every day taking care of our customers and delivering them safely to their destinations. I thank our employees for their dedication, and I also thank our customers for acknowledging their work by participating in the 2023 Skytrax awards survey, which garnered more than 20 million submissions worldwide," said Michael Rousseau, President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada.
Among the awards given to Air Canada was a new global award for family friendly travel. Skytrax cited
Air Canada's work in family seating policies, dedicated family check-in facilities, priority boarding, children's meals, children's amenities/toys/activity packs, child specific onboard entertainment, free checked luggage and policies for carrycot/pushchairs, and the standard of service assistance from ground staff and cabin crew during the travel experience.
"We are thrilled to be recognized with the inaugural Skytrax award for Most Family Friendly Airline. Air Canada takes pride in connecting family and loved
ones through travel where celebrations and life-long memories are made. We're continuing to introduce still more family-focused initiatives through our onboard products, services and Aeroplan Family Sharing, and we look forward to welcoming even more families on board throughout our global network," said Mr. Rousseau.
BRUCE POON TIP HONOURED WITH OFFICER OF THE ORDER OF CANADA TITLE
Bruce Poon Tip, the founder of G Adventures, has been honoured as an Officer of the Order of Canada, making him the first person in the travel industry to receive the title of Officer in 34 years, one year longer than G Adventures has been in operation.
The level of Officer recognises ‘achievement and merit of a high degree, especially service to Canada or to humanity at large’ and surpasses the rank of ‘Member’ in the system of Canadian state orders.
Poon Tip says being invested into the Order of Canada is the most humbling honour he could receive, especially as an immigrant to Canada at such a
young age.
“Canada has afforded me the gift of opportunity. This great nation took my family and I in and has given me the privilege and means to build a business. It’s enabled me to make my ideas become a reality - creating a community that is based on giving back to others - both nationally and internationally.
“G Adventures was founded on the ethos of changing people’s lives through travel. Combined with the work of Planeterra, the non-profit foundation I founded in 2003, we have had a huge impact on local communities around the world, using tourism as a driver of wealth distribution and poverty alleviation in some of the world’s poorest countries.
“I accept this recognition with great pride on behalf
of myself and my family. I am grateful and truly overwhelmed and I would like to thank everyone involved in helping to make this happen for me through the nomination and recommendation process. I am committed to continuing my service to Canada, as well as to the world at large. It’s my calling and my passion. This recognition means so much, as it supports the vision I believe so strongly in,” says Poon Tip.

MILESTONE IN VICTORIA, BC
In August, Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth, sailed into Victoria, BC, with the ten millionth cruise passenger on board, where The Greater Victoria Harbour Authority (GVHA) welcomed them to The Breakwater District at Ogden Point to celebrate 54 years of cruise ships visiting Victoria.
Robert Lewis-Manning, CEO of GVHA commented: “Ten million cruise visitors to Victoria is an incredible milestone. Cruise supports the region’s visitor economy and creates jobs that support Victoria’s economic recovery.”
Cruise visitors and crew contribute $56 million to the local economy each year, purchasing tours and local transportation, retail goods and food and beverages, with cruise lines spending $84 million on warehousing, ship agents, repairs and maintenance, port fees and docking services.
“Victoria is a world-class city because it has something for everyone, from natural beauty, heritage and architecture to fabulous dining options and a warm community,” said Matt Gleaves, VP, Commercial, Cunard North America. “It is a much-loved highlight of Cunard’s voyages in this part of the world and holds great appeal for Cunard’s guests as well as from our sister brands across our corporation.”

CANADA - NATURE’S PLAYGROUND AWE-INSPIRING • EXPANSIVE • MEMORABLE
Canada should be on everyone’s travel bucket list!
The world’s second largest country stretches from the United States to the south, the Arctic Circle in the north, the Pacific Coast in the west and Atlantic Ocean in the east and offers some of the best scenery, such as mountains, glaciers, lakes, forests, and seascapes, in the world.
Add in exceptional wildlife viewing including bears, whales, eagles, mountain sheep, elk, moose and mountain goats, cosmopolitan cities, world renowned rail journeys, world- class ski resorts and Indigenous culture and there is a holiday to suit everyone.
Canada is rich in its diversity and experiences; from the Atlantic Provinces with their dramatic coastal scenery, quaint fishing villages
and exceptional seafood; Québec, Canada’s largest province, with its magnificent architecture and autumn colours to Ontario where you can visit Niagara Falls. Heading west,
the prairie provinces have their own appeal including polar bear viewing and summer beluga whale watching in Churchill, Manitoba while Alberta is famous for its national parks and stunning Rocky Mountain scenery.
British Columbia offers grizzly bear viewing lodges, Alaska cruises from Vancouver and exceptional whale watching excursions. In the Yukon you can discover its unique gold rush history and view the northern lights.
While the great outdoors beckons, Canada’s cities are worth visiting in their own right. While Toronto and Vancouver are perhaps the first that come to mind, there are so many others that highlight aspects of Canada including its maritime culture, French/English history, Indigenous people and mountainous landscape.
Although major cities in Canada,
they are much smaller than their counterparts in the United States and therefore easy to navigate. Calgary is famous for its Stampede, an annual rodeo that is billed as ‘The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth’ and is the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. Niagara Falls is famous for the stunning Horseshoe Falls while Québec City is stunning due to its location, architecture and history.
In a country as large as Canada, the holiday choices available are endless; self-drive by car or motorhome, enjoy an escorted tour with like-minded people, travel independently with
sightseeing transfers and train journeys such as the world-famous Rocky Mountaineer, cruise to Alaska or even enjoy a winter holiday.
Canada is great for family holidays
too with a host of adventures such
as rafting, ziplining, canoeing, hiking, cowboy cookouts, horse riding, surfing and cycling. There’s some exceptional lodges and resorts too, suitable for all ages and for multiple night stays to avoid constant moving around.
Our sales team have collectively over 100-years’ experience in arranging fully curated holidays which are our speciality and passion.
We offer unparalleled service and expertise with first-hand, in-depth knowledge and are delighted to share this at every opportunity!

NEW FOR WINTER 2023
winter flights to Toronto, double daily Doha services and new routes to Rovaniemi and Hurghada are among
the headlines at Edinburgh Airport this winter. easyJet’s
new flights to Rovaniemi, the gateway to Finnish Lapland, and the Egyptian scuba diving hotspot of Hurghada provide passengers the option of something different this winter – whether it’s a trip to see Santa or some much-needed time in the sun.
Aurigny’s new route to Guernsey and Ryanair’s route to Tirana will also land at EDI in the coming months, while Cologne with Eurowings is back for the winter – perfect for city breaks or shorter holidays. All that plus Lufthansa will be increasing frequency to Frankfurt to three flights each week, providing better access to this fantastic city and a wealth of opportunities to connect onwards. United Airlines and Delta Air Lines serve the Newark and JFK routes respectively – firm favourites
for winter.
