Various useful and interesting features are offered to make it easier for users to stream videos safely. Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging application that focuses on speed and security. Telegram is designed to make it easier for users to send each other text, audio, video, picture, and sticker messages safely (Fahana & Ridho, 2018). It can be said that the use of telegram is one of the sources of communication that makes it easier for students to obtain information. The advantages of the Telegram application, among others, are that it is free, there are no ads or fees, it sends messages faster because it is cloud-based, and the application is lighter when running. GOOD APPS : GOOGLE MEET Perceivability : each Google Meet room has a tools section that can be used by users. example: present tools. Affordance : design tools that are simple and easy to understand. Constrian : use a code to enter the room and only certain people can use the room. There is a limit to accept and not accept users. Feedback : can leave and reply massage in the comment section. the notification "someone was joined the meeting" appeared in the meeting room.
BAD APPS : TELEGRAM Perceivability : users can create their own folders according to their comfort and creativity. Affordance : does not have many tool symbols used in telegram apps. Constrian : user acc is easily blocked by the wrong user for self-interest, such as sending inappropriate links to hack the user's acc. Feedback : user acc can identify the account that has been deleted.
SUGGEST A BETTER A DESIGN FOR THE BAD PRODUCT/INTERFACE. The improvement in the apps is to have a password to prevent intrusion on the user's account. This can reduce cases of account intrusion in our country. Users are safer using the apps because they have upgraded the security of the apps users.
