Lesson 3: Price Action

Price action makes up the basis for all technical analysis of a stock, commodity, or
asset chart. Since the introduction of forex trading to the public, price action has
grown popular amongst traders.
That is because this technique, considers most the technical tools, like technical
indicators, as unable of offering traders the upper hand. Price action Traders are
able to analyze what you call naked charts, with recent and actual price movements
supporting their decisions. Everything else, if even included, is for providing support,
but not intended to cause action. Within the foundations of price action trading rests
the perception about the market habitually re-examining price levels where it
previously reversed or consolidated due to the lingering remnant supply or demand.
