The $4.6 billion integrated casino resort features a 28- story hotel with 1,706 rooms, suites and villas, meeting facilities, over 106,000 square feet of luxury retail, 13 casual and fine dining restaurants, Macau's largest spa, a salon, a pool and approximately 424,000 square feet of casino space The resort also features a variety of entertainment experiences, including the 8-acre Performance Lake with a gondola around the perimeter. One Zone completed all building services installation drawings and full 3D fully coordinated BIM Model on behalf of the Main contractor, for this 600,000m2 fully integrated luxury casino resort development in Macau. This involved a team of 65 x 3D BIM coordinators, working to a very tight programme, to deliver this very fast track project. Wynn Palace, Macau HOSPITALITY & RESIDENTIAL Hotel D - City of Dreams, Macau One Zone were the overall consultant for the 3D Building Information Modeling Services, directly employed by the developer to ensure all MEPF Services designed by the consultants were fully coordinated with the structural and architectural services. It was the responsibility of One Zone to produce the fully coordinated 3D BIM Model with the responsibility of leading the coordination between all disciplines and highlighting any clashes in the building with a view of resolving these clashes with the design team. The resultant 3D Design BIM Model will be used by the contractors for their construction fully coordinated installation drawings The Venetian Resort Hotel - Macau The $2.4 billion Venetian Macao Resort Hotel brings together 600,000 square feet of gaming space, 3,000 allsuite hotel rooms, 15,000 seat sports arena, retail space for 350 stores, 1.2 million square feet of convention space, parking, mechanical, and office support. The total area adds up to more than 11.5 million sq. ft., making it the second largest building in the world. One Zone were responsible for the Structural pre-stressed detailing design for the podium and hotel building
HOSPITALITY & RESIDENTIAL Proscenium - Manila, Philippines Proscenium is designed by world renowned architect Carlos Ott and is located in the Rockwell Center, the flagship project of Rockwell Land Corporation, it sits on a 20 hectare site in Makati City, strategically located between the Makati and Ortigas business districts. It has been developed into a selfcontained, mixed-use community consisting of 10 high-rise residential towers, a sports leisure club, office buildings, a lifestyle shopping center and a graduate school of law, business and government. One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Protection, and Vertical Transportation design and site supervision for these high end 450,000 m² high rise 5No. 60 storey residential towers and 600 person theatre. One Zone utilised Revit and Navisworks to ensure coordination of all risers and plantrooms. Dukes Village -Huizhou , China The Dukes Village on the outskirts of Huizhou, China consists of 50 No luxury villas and a main recreational club house all in the Italian Renaissance style. The site is made up of 10 hectares surrounding three man made lakes and is located along the Side of Huizhou Tan Zhuen Golf Club. One Zone were responsible for all aspects of the engineering design including Civil, Infrastructure, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, and Fire Protection.
HOSPITALITY & RESIDENTIAL Rockwell Land Headquarters -Makati City, Philippines The Rockwell Land HQ is located in the Rockwell Center, the flagship project of Rockwell Land Corporation, it sits on a 15.5 hectare site in Makati City, strategically located between the Makati and Ortigas business districts. It has been developed into a self-contained, mixeduse community consisting of 10 high-rise residential towers, a sports and leisure club, office buildings, a lifestyle shopping center and a graduate school of law, business and government. One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage and Fire Protection design plus site supervision for this grade A office headquarters building. One Rockwell East & West Tower -Manila, Philippines One Rockwell East and West Towers is designed by Miami based architectural firm Arquitectonica and is located in the Rockwell Center, the flagship project of Rockwell Land Corporation, its its on a 15.5 hectare site in Makati City, strategically located between the Makati and Ortigas business districts. It has been developed into a self-contained, mixed-use community consisting of 10 high-rise residential towers, a sports leisure club, office buildings, a lifestyle shopping center and a graduate school of law, business and government. One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Protection, and Vertical Transportation design and site supervision for these high end 180,000 m² high rise twin 56 storey residential towers.
HOSPITALITY & RESIDENTIAL Joya Towers & Lofts -Manila, Philippines Joya Towers and Lofts is designed by San Francisco based architectural firm Hart Howerton and is located in the Rockwell Center, the flagship project of Rockwell Land Corporation, it sits on a 15.5 hectare site in Makati City, strategically located between the Makati and Ortigas business districts. It has been developed into a self-contained, mixed-use community consisting of 10 high-rise residential towers, a sports leisure club, office buildings, a lifestyle shopping center and a graduate school of law, business and government. One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, Fire Protection, and Vertical Transportation design and site supervision for these high end 130,000 m² high rise 52 storey residential twin towers. ManansalaTower -Manila, Philippines Manansala Tower is located in the Rockwell Center, the flagship project of Rockwell Land Corporation, it sits on a 15.5 hectare site in Makati City, strategically located between the Makati and Ortigas business districts. It has been developed into a self-contained, mixed-use community consisting of 10 high-rise residential towers, a sports and leisure club, office buildings, a lifestyle shopping center and a graduate school of law, business and government. Blue City, Oman Al Madina A’Zarqa (formerly known as Blue City) is a $15 billion megacity project in the Sultanate of Oman. Spread over 32 square kilometers and 16 kilometers of coastline along the coastal region at Al Sawaadi. One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, and Fire Protection design for 41No residential blocks on this development City of Dreams - Manila, Philippines City of Dreams Manila, is a 6.2-hectare (15-acre) luxury integrated resort and casino complex located on the Entertainment City gaming strip at Asean Avenue and Roxas Boulevard in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. The Opus -Dubai The Opus, designed by Dame Zaha Hadid, holds inside a mixed-use 20 storeys, to savour daily experiences in the unique residencies, exclusive offices, fine dining and hotel. One Zone were responsible for the Structural detailing of this building. HOSPITALITY & RESIDENTIAL Saint Regis -Cairo, Egypt This new resort in the heart of Cairo is one of the most luxurious in the city, consisting of a large scale, high rise complex located on a prominent site facing the Nile River, opened in 2010. One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, and Fire Protection design for this 220,000 m² 37 storey 5- star hotel and service apartment resort.
HOSPITALITY & RESIDENTIAL Al Raha Beach Development -Abu Dhabi, UAE With a $14.7 billion capital cost, the Al Raha Beach development is one of the most prestigious projects in Abu Dhabi. Comprising eight kilometers of waterfront residential housing spread over seven hectares; the development is currently home to 120,000 people. Consisting of mixed residential, retail, recreational and commercial-use properties, the development includes marinas and canals inspired by Abu Dhabi’s sea-faring culture One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, and Fire Protection fully Coordinated Construction Drawings and Structural Opening Drawings for a number of buildings on this development. Oasis Hotel & Expo Hotel -Ras Al-Khaimah Gateway(RAK), UAE Ras Al Khaimah, located at the north end of the coast of the Arabian Gulf, is one of the seven Emirates that form the United Arab Emirates. The Gateway project is a proposed major new mixed-use development, consisting of hotel, retail, exhibition, and congress facilities within an integrated site development. The building will be of a local, regional and global significance. One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, and Fire Protection design.
Great Western Quarter -London, UK The Great Western Quarter in London covers a vast former brownfield site, bordering the Great Western Road. The site comprises residential and commercial spaces to include 800 new homes, piazzas, green open spaces, shops, office, cafes and restaurants, a new hotel, a new centre for entrepreneurs and an art gallery. One Zone were responsible for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, and Fire Protection design for the residential buildings on this development. HOSPITALITY & RESIDENTIAL Marriot Hotel - New York, USA New York Marriott Marquins is a $39MRenovation Project. At the heart of the extensive renovation is the brand’s reinvented lobby, including two restaurants and lounges where guests can work,socialize, relax, eat and drink. The makeover also encompasses the hotel’s nearly 2,000 guest rooms and a new, high-tech, 29,000-square-foot Broadway Ballroom. One Zone undertook the MEPF coordinated 3D models for four fl oors of this renovation project.
