THERMOPLASTIC PREMELTER

WITH POWER PACK

The TT350SH is a versatile, compact, self-
contained thermoplastic premelter that delivers
exceptional production at an affordable price.
The hydraulically controlled agitation prevents the
need for an extra worker to manually agitate the
material in the tank as it is heated. The TT350SH
can be placed on the ground and is still tall
enough to dispense material into an awaiting
applicator, eliminating the need for a truck or trail-
er to be present at each jobsite. With the quick
disconnect hoses, the unit can also be easily un-
stacked and placed side by side in the back of a
truck if desired. For quick color changes add an
extra TT350SH premelter, and simply plug your
power pack hoses into the desired unit.

TP1200 packages offer an effective solution for a com-
pletely portable thermoplastic workstation. Packages
come standard with a CH220M handliner, including a 4”
or 6” extrusion die. 
The burner system is fueled by a low pressure LP sys-
tem controlled by a solid state, electronic thermostat.
The TP1200’s combination of fast start-up time, safety
and quality will deliver productive service for many years.

All TP units are equipped with TP1200DH (dual unit) shown with optional “Tommy Lift”
automatic spark ignition systems, hydraulic lift gate, and die racks.
