Uniform sizing

Follow these instructions to make your measuring and sizing a success!

Body Measurements:

n Measure in bare feet wearing form-fitting garments - sports bra & shorts, leotard, biketard or unitard.
n One person should measure the entire group. BONUS POINTS if they are an adult with sewing experience.
n Body Measurement is correct when the tape measure is snug. StylePLUS takes no responsibility for incorrect measurements.

n Bust/Chest - Stand with arms down and measure around the torso and under the arms at the fullest part of back and bust/chest.
n Waist - Measure around the narrowest part of natural waistline, usually at the navel.
n Hip - With feet together measure the fullest part of your hips.
n Girth - Place tape measure starting at center of shoulder down the torso, through legs, up the back, meeting the tape measure at the shoulder.
n Height - Measure in bare feet to top of head. Be sure to stand up straight, shoulders back, looking straight ahead.

Note: Inseam - all unitards/jumpsuits/pants are produced unhemmed with added leg length, allowing for personalization.

Determining size:

The size chart shows the smallest body measurement for each size (ex: Bust = 36, Waist=28, Hip= 37.5).

n Determine each BMS (Body Measurement Size), then decide on Garment Size based on the range of BMS and your fit preferences.
n When between sizes on the chart, select the smaller size for an “athletic” fit or the larger size for a “relaxed” fit.
n If unsure, choose the larger size, this gives you allowance to alter the garment. StylePLUS is not responsible for alterations.

Note: Costume/uniform fabrics are intended to stretch across the body. Most StylePLUS fabrics have a 2-3” stretch allowance. The stretch of these
fabrics allow for movement and variations in body measurements. Please contact us if you have questions regarding determining Garment Size.

Complete Orders

Orders with incomplete information (shipping address, stock #’s, colors, sizes, approvals) are placed on hold until complete information is received. Production/Shipping
times are calculated from the time the complete information is received and entered.

Color Selection/Fabric Swatches

If you have questions/concerns about fabrics, please request swatches. Catalog printing may not represent colors accurately.
StylePlus is not responsible for color selections approved without swatches.

Reorders

A sample for matching may be required to fulfill a reorder. Color matching previous orders is always attempted but cannot always be guaranteed. Minimum Quantities
(see below) apply to reorders.

Cancellations/Changes

StylePlus orders are entered within 48 hours of receipt. Contact your dealer immediately if cancellation/changes are necessary. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or
changed once production has begun. You are responsible for any pre-production costs (art/sketch/pattern/sample) completed before the order was submitted.

Minimum Quantities (MQ)/Under Minimum Fees (UM Fee)

n Made to Order (MTO) Uniforms – MQ 5, UM Fee $25.00 per Style (quantities 1-4)
n Custom cut/sewn Flags – MQ 7, UM Fee $25.00 per Style (quantities 1-6)
n Garment Bags/Raincoats WITH imprinting – MQ 12, UM Fee $10 per color/$10 per location (quantities 1-11)

Production/Lead Times* – does not include UPS Ground transit times. Consult your Dealer for appropriate shipping level.

n In stock items - ship in 1-2 business days depending on availability and time of order receipt to StylePlus. July 1st through September 30th
In-Stock items may, at times, be back-ordered due to high demand. Back-orders will be fulfilled as soon as stock is replenished
n Production times vary. See www.styleplusband.com for current production times on all made to order uniforms, flags, garment bags, outerwear and imprints.
n Ship dates are approximate, and do not include transit time. Orders placed between July 1st-September 30th may require additional production time.
n Standard shipping is UPS Ground from New Jersey, unless otherwise specified at time of order.

Customer’s Responsibility: Inspection upon receipt of order

n Within 24 hours of receipt – Inspect order and report any discrepancies.
n Within 30 days of receipt – Request a RA# (return authorization #) if needed. (See Returns/Exchanges).
n After 30 days no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
n Damaged Goods/Manufacturing errors – Send pictures and a description of the error for verification. We reserve the right to inspect merchandise to determine
whether to repair, replace or credit. StylePlus may require the item to be returned. Please do not dispose of any item until directions have been given.

Returns/Exchange Policy

n All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) issued from your dealer.
n All returns/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt.
n In Stock items are returnable or exchangeable if unused and in original packaging. Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
n In-Stock Basics are returnable if unworn, unless only used for sizing. Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
n Footwear exchanges/returns – packaging that is damaged or marked in any way (writing/postage/tape, etc.) will incur a $5.00 re-boxing fee.
Footwear with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
n Made to order and custom items are not returnable or exchangeable, including but not limited to: Digital Flags, Cut & Sewn Flags, Banners, Corelements,
Costumes, Uniforms, Close-outs, Hair accessories and Cut Fabrics. As a general rule, this applies to anything not listed as “In-Stock.”
