UNIFORM SIZING

Follow these instructions to make your measuring and sizing a success!

Body Measurements:

• Measure in bare feet wearing form-fitting garments (sports bra & shorts, leotard, biketard, or unitard.
• One person should measure the entire group.
• Body Measurement is correct when the tape measure is snug.
• StylePLUS takes no responsibility for incorrect sizes.
• Please contact us if you have questions regarding Body Measurements.
How to Measure

Use Measuring Guides for visual aid

• Bust/Chest - Stand with arms down and measure around the torso & under the arms at the fullest

part of back & bust/chest.

• Waist - Measure around the narrowest part of natural waistline, usually at the navel.
• Hip - With feet together measure the fullest part of your hip.
• Girth - Place tape measure starting at center of shoulder down the torso, through legs, up the

back, meeting the tape measure at the shoulder.

• Height - Measure in bare feet to top of head. Be sure to stand up straight, shoulders back,

looking straight ahead.
Note: Inseam- all unitards/jumpsuits/pants are produced unhemmed with added leg length, allowing personalization.

Determining size:

The sizing chart shows the smallest body measurements for each size.

• Determine each BMS (Body Measurement Size), then decide on Garment Size based on the

range of BMS and your fit preferences.

• When between sizes on the chart, select the smaller size for an “athletic” fit or a larger size

for a “relaxed” fit.

• If unsure, choose the larger size, this gives you allowance to alter the garment.
• StylePLUS takes no responsibility for incorrect sizes.

Note: Costume/uniform fabrics are intended to stretch across the body. Most StylePLUS fabrics have a 2”-3” stretch
allowance The stretch of these fabrics allow for movement & variations in body measurements. Please contact us if you
have questions regarding determining Garment Size.

Alterations/Custom:

Garments are offered in the sizes listed and are not made to measure. Please call if you
require a size not listed. Alterations may be needed to achieve a ‘custom’ fit, and are the
responsibility of the customer.

Complete Orders

Orders with incomplete information (shipping address, stock #’s, colors, sizes, approvals) are placed on hold until complete information is received.
Production/Shipping times are calculated from the time the complete information is received and entered.

Color Selection/Fabric Swatches/Digital Prints

If you have questions/concerns about fabrics, please request swatches. Catalog printing may not represent colors accurately. StylePlus is not responsible for color selections
approved without swatches. Digitally printed items may differ slightly from catalog/website images due to different print methods/media.

Reorders

A sample for matching is required to fulfill a reorder. Color matching previous orders is always attempted but cannot always be guaranteed.
Minimum Quantities (see below) apply to reorders.

Cancellations/Changes

StylePlus orders are entered within 48 hours of receipt. Contact your dealer immediately if cancellation/changes are necessary. Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed
once production has begun. You are responsible for any pre-production costs (art/sketch/pattern/sample) completed before the order was submitted.

Minimum Quantities (MQ)/Under Minimum Fees (UM Fee)

• Made to Order (MTO) Uniforms – MQ 6 (per style, color, and fabric). MTO Genesis Costumes MQ 8. MMQ waived for Male uniform options when an exact match

• All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) issued from your dealer.
• All returns/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt.
• In Stock items are returnable or exchangeable if unused and in original packaging. Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
• In-Stock Basics are returnable if unworn, unless only used for sizing. Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
• Footwear exchanges/returns – packaging that is damaged or marked in any way (writing/postage/tape, etc.) will incur a $5.00 re-boxing fee.

• Made to order and custom items are not returnable or exchangeable, including but not limited to: Digital Flags, Cut & Sewn Flags, Banners, Corelements,

Costumes, Uniforms, and Close-outs. As a general rule, this applies to anything not listed as “In-Stock.”

All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
