Every moment of life is precious: live it fully because it has no rewinds, only ashbacks. We have worked
together to bring up an inspiring ashback of the academic year 2018-19 in St Thomas’.

An array of events and activities ll up our Annual calendar. Inter School and Inter House competitions, special
assemblies, special weeks, special days, sports tournaments, guest speakers, seminars, workshops and educational
trips….the list is long and the enthusiasm for everything is endless. This edition of ‘Roshni’ is indeed a humble
attempt to bring forth the di erent colourful shades of St. Thomas’ Family. It surely unfolds the unravelled world
of the most unforgettable and precious moments of the school. The pages of our school magazine encapsulate
the achievements of the school, the laurels won, the thrill of excursions and eld trips, the platform extended to

the students to innovate and metamorphose.

We are sure that the positive attitude, hard work and sustained e orts exhibited by our young students will surely

Anusha Mahajan Head Girl Speaks

“Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is progress, working
together is success.”
Writing this seems like looking from the top of a long staircase with each step
an evidence of the journey of my school life. It is a privilege for me to be the
Head Girl of this prestigious institution in which I have been studying for the
past 12 years. I thank the almighty for blessing me with such a great school
which is the con uence of ‘guiding-lights’. To all my fellow mates at St.
Thomas’ School, I’d like to say that the joy of life comes from our encounters
with new experiences. Hence, there is no greater joy than to have an
endlessly changing horizon. Cherish what you have learnt here at STS, keep
the values and ideals safely and strive for success. I would like to extend my
gratitude to my school for assimilating values so strong that they almost
come natural to me.

Being a part of St. Thomas’ School, Dwarka, I can assure you that this is one of
the best institutions that one can be a part of. I feel myself very honoured
and privileged to be the Head Boy of this great institution. I have learnt many
lessons not just limited to academics but about life. And on the basis of that,
I can surely say that it is not just a school where one is only taught lessons
related to curriculum; instead it is a school where one is taught lessons
related to life as well. Being a part of the STS family, helped me to re ect on
