TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Trade-in units will be accepted from 1 Jul - 30 Nov 2021 for
Atmosphere SKY and 15 Jul - 30 Nov 2021 for Atmosphere
Mini at Amway Shops only.

2. ATS and AAP trade-in units will be accepted regardless of
age of use.

3. Trade-in vouchers issued are valid from 1 Jul - 31 Dec 2021,
subject to voucher issuance date, please refer to item no. 4.

4. Once a trade-in unit has been submitted, the redemption
must be completed by the last day of the following month.
For example,
#Scenario 1: If ABO trade-in on 1 July 2021, redemption
must be done by 31 August 2021.
#Scenario 2: If ABO trade-in on 31 July 2021, redemption
must be done by 31 August 2021.

5. No extension of the redemption period will be allowed.

6. Trade-in programme is not applicable with other ongoing
promotions except GWP.

7. For trade-in, ABO is required to pre-determine whether to opt
for Atmopshere SKY, Atmosphere MINI. In the event of a
change in decision, please email
[email protected] or drop by the nearest Amway
Shop.

TRADE-IN PROCESS DURING MCO*

In the event that Amway Shops remain closed due to MCO* in your area, Amway will support
ABOs & APCs with the following trade-in process:

• ABOs living in affected MCO* areas are NOT required to present their physical trade-in unit at Amway Shops.

• Email [email protected] with the following information:

1. Confirm your ABO details (ABO number) or that of your downline (trade-in coupon to be issued).
2. State the quantity of trade-in requests and attach a clear picture of the intended trade-in unit.
3. Provide trade-in unit details (model, serial number, etc)
4. Specify which Amway Shop the trade-in unit will be dropped off at once the MCO* is lifted.
5. Please add the following prefixes that are relevant in your email subject to help us expedite your trade in

request:
 Sample email subject for single trade-in unit: Atmosphere SKY/Mini Trade-In ATS
 Sample email subject for multiple trade-in units: Atmosphere SKY/Mini Trade-In ATS/AAP/X-Brand
• All trade-in units MUST be submitted within 1 month after the MCO* is lifted. Failure to comply will result in
suspension of your future trade-in participation.

• An email confirmation will be sent within 5 working days to the provided email address with the redemption
coupon. To avoid missing the deadline of your trade-in redemption, please submit your trade-in request email at
least 5 working days prior to the last day of the trade-in promotion. If you do not receive an email confirmation
within 5 working days, please check your Amway account for coupon details.

• Once the MCO* is lifted and Amway Shops are open for business, kindly present the physical trade-in unit at the
Amway Shop closest to your location.

Latest Updates: Nutrilite Products Pull-Out Date

To ensure that we continuously provide the best product satisfaction and support for your Amway business, the
majority of Nutrilite SKUs will practice a 6-month shelf pull-out date, with exception to the BodyKey Meal
Replacement Shakes, XS Energy Drinks and several Nutrilite Kids products. Products under the exception will
practice a 3-month shelf pull-out date as it is best consumed within a shorter period upon purchase.

Moving forward, both the Nutrilite Kids Orange-Flavoured Gummy with DHA (124373) and Nutrilite Kids 4-in-1 Plus
(123046) will be practicing the 3-month pull-out date from date of expiry. This comes into effect immediately.
Previously, the pull-out date for both products were 6 months. The Nutrilite Kids Botanical Beverage Fruits &
Vegetables (123047) pull-out date remains unchanged at 3 months from date of expiry. By practising these new
dates, we are also reducing product wastage on our end.

Revision Of The EPP Application Form

Please take note that the Easy Payment Plan (EPP) application form has been revised and will come into effect from
Aug 2021 onwards. You can download the form directly here or locate the form
here https://www.amway.my/application-form.

Dreamland And External Water Filter: Latest Updates

Due to the prolonged Movement Control Order (Phase 1), the Dreamland
factory is still prohibited from manufacturing and as a result, unable to
replenish stocks for Amway. Product TNAs (temporarily not available) are
expected at several locations.

As the External Water Filter is categorised as a non-essential product,
installations and services (including filter media replacement) concerning the
product is also prohibited under MCO (Phase 1). This product is TNA
nationwide.

SA8 Premium Concentrated Laundry Detergent Update

The SA8 Premium Concentrated Laundry Detergent (1kg) (109848) will be No
Longer Available (NLA) upon stock depletion by September 2021. However,
a new formulation of the SA8 Premium Concentrated Laundry Detergent
(1kg) is expected to launch under a NEW SKU (110568M).

We've kept all the good of the SA8 Detergent such as its biodegradable
BIOQUEST FORMULA, and Safer Choice certification by U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) - and we've made it better with new ingredients for more
concentrated and powerful cleaning.

Benefits of the new formulation:

• Contains effervescent crystals with excellent dissolving action that help provide
powerful cleaning; immediately attack difficult soils and stains.

• Cleans in all water temperatures, including cold water to save energy.
• Keep clothes looking bright and keeps whites looking whiter.
• Inhibits corrosion of metal and protects fabric from rust stains.
• Dermatologist and allergy-tested formula that is gentle on skin

Please note that we will practice FIFO (first in first out) to sell current (109848) and
new SKU (110568M) concurrently until stocks fully deplete. Distribution of stocks
may vary for each location.

Exclusive for Business Builders

Effective from 1 Sep 2021, the free one-year Chubb Personal Accident Insurance coverage will be extended only for renewed ABOships
that have achieved 12% & Above. Instead of an automatic free insurance coverage upon renewal, this benefit is now available for
business builders as motivation and inspiration to grow the Amway business. If upon ABOship renewal, an ABO does not achieve 12% &
Above, they will no longer enjoy the free Chubb PA.

Important: For those who renewed their ABOships prior to 1 Sep 2021, they will be covered by the Chubb PA insurance for the duration
of one year from the date of renewal only.
