You Need To Snub These
Night-time Customs To Get Fit

Most of us tend to focus on our routine for a lifestyle. Going to sleep with a positive
day in order to be fit and stay healthy but what mindset can make our next day better.
we overlook is our night routine. Bad Whereas, the poor habits can affect
nighttime habits can screw up our overall metabolism and emotions. Listed below are
health and fitness. Avoiding some habits that some habits that you should evade in the
may be causing damage to us can be really evenings.
helpful in maintaining a hale and hearty

Having A Large Meal

A large portion of dinner can interfere with the
healthy digestion. If there is an excessive amount of
proteins in the dinner or if the food is acidic, it
becomes difficult for the body to efficiently break it
down.

A Good Amount Of
Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are known for slowing down the
metabolism rate which is not really appreciable. The
body burns fewer calories in the night so it is not
advisable to have too many carbs in the evening
because they will be stored without a part of them
being burned.

Not Eating Enough

Cutting on proteins and carbohydrates in the
evenings doesn’t mean that you should starve
yourself. The key is to eat when you’re hungry but eat
wisely.

Taking Caffeine

It disturbs circadian rhythms and interferes with our
sleep pattern consequently unbalancing hormones. It
also develops a chance of chronic fatigue. Avoid
having caffeine around dinner timings instead have
water with lemon for hydration and to calm the body.

Sleeping With The Phone

You should put your phone to rest when you’re in
bed. The lit screen keeps you alert and it can also
create stress. Stress may lead to excess cortisol and
store fat. You should read a book or take a bath
before sleeping to relax instead of using the phone.

A Lot Of Socializing

It may be great for boosting social network but it is
definitely not so good for your fitness. Pack calendars
leave little time for sleep and it also means having
meals outside of the home. It is not good to stay busy
all the time you need to give yourself some time to
mellow out at home.

PAINT BRUSH GUIDE

Love to paint but never learned the skill? It is never too late. Here
is a list of different types of paintbrushes and their use:

SCRIPT LINER

It is used for long, continuous strokes. If you are
planning a detailed work like writing or outlining, the
script liner is the best choice.

ROUND

It, too, can be used for outlining but it is mostly used
for fine detailing and sketching, such as filling in
small areas.

SQUARE WASH

This particular brush is used for filling in large areas
with paint. It also works great for broad strokes.

FAN

Blending, smoothing and other textured work
requires a fan brush.

BRIGHT

Bright is used for short and controlled strokes.

FILBERT/ CAT’S TONGUE

This brush can give a fading effect and is also used
to make soft edges.

ANGULAR

This is a brush used for the precise round edges and
corner strokes.

Magical Beauty
Hacks Of Honey And

Rice Water

The Enchantment Of Honey

Apply a thin layer of raw honey on
your lips before sleeping and wake up
in the morning to soft and smooth lips.
Raw honey can also cure split ends.
Mix honey with olive oil and apply it to
the ends of hair to moisturize. Leave it
overnight and then wash it off in the
morning. It will treat the dry hair. For
glowing skin, mix one part raw honey
with two parts pure aloe vera gel and
apply this on the face before going to
bed. Apply a very thin layer of raw
organic honey on a scar at bedtime
and see the magic in the morning.
A mixture of honey and lemon juice is
really effective for removing black-
heads. Apply the mixture to the effec-
tive area overnight and rinse with
water in the morning.

The Fascination Of Rice Water

Want to keep your hair strong and
healthy? Well, now you can. Rinse your
hair with rice water periodically to
achieve hair that looks and feels
healthy and shiny. It also helps with
curing acne and with reducing the red-
ness of an outbreak by cooling the red-
ness down.
In addition, rice water works on tight-
ening pores. The vitamins and mineral
in the rice water also allows for the skin
to glow. Moreover, it is used to cure
sunburn. It cools down the inflamma-
tion and helps in fast recovery.
