MASALAH-MASALAH YANG BIASA SELEPAS JOIN DOMAIN
1) Masalah:
File sharing, user tidak boleh kongsi fail
Penyelesaian:
Pilih folder yang akan dikongsi dan tambahkan pengguna yang mahukan access ke
folder tersebut dan setkan permission read and write supaya pengguna yang
berkongsi boleh edit file pada folder tersebut.
2) Masalah:
User tidak boleh log on computer menggunakan username dan password (Trust

relationship error)

Penyelesaian:
Log on computer menggunakan akaun domain admin setelah unplug network
cable, Disjoin & rejoin to marine.local

3) Masalah :

Tidak boleh run program setelah join domain (Windows cannot access the
specified device,path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to
access the item)

Penyelesaian:

• Step 1: Try scanning the computer using Antivirus software because this
issue can occur if the computer is infected with virus. You can use
Microsoft Security scanner by clicking on the link
http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/
Note: Once a virus is removed, you might have to reinstall some software,
or restore lost information.

• Step 2: Run the System file checker tool.

• Cuba login menggunakan akaun domain yg affected, sekiranya error yang
sama masih keluar, cuba login menggunakan account domain yang lain.
Sekiranya pada akaun domain yang lain, masalah tidak berlaku, backup
data2 pada affected profile tersebut dan delete profile itu pada komputer
tersebut (rujuk : http://superuser.com/questions/63017/how-do-i-delete-a-
user-profile-on-a-windows-7-machine-that-is-part-of-a-domain).

• Restart komputer
• Re-login menggunakan profile yang bermasalah tadi. Paste semula data2

user di tempat asal.

4) Masalah : “You have been logged on with Temporary profile” selepas login guna
domain user account.

Penyelesaian:

• Backup data pada profile yang bermasalah. Delete profile tersebut. (rujuk :

• Sekiranya profile yang bermasalah tiada dalam senarai, delete/edit profile
