INTRODUCTION

■ The TeamBuildr app is here available on iOS and Android for both coaches and
athletes

■ This app allows athletes and coaches can get the full interactive workout via the
Workout page which includes Videos, Notes, results-tracking, Sports Science
questionnaires, Progressions, and more.

■ Athletes and coaches can also chat with each other and with the other athletes via
the Messaging feature.

■ Athletes will now get real-time notifications about the workout, through the email
■ Athletes and clients can adjust profile pictures, notifications, and update anything

on their own timeline daily about their workout easily.

■ Besides, there is limited quota for person to use this app and not a lot number of
people can use it.

My experiences using this app

■ This app was very helpful for me because usually I use paper that contains gym
program that my coach give for me and the paper usually gone missing.

■ Now using this app I am no longer worry about that and I can workout easily using
my mobile phone using the training program provided by the apps and I think this
application was very helpful for me and my teammates.

■ Besides I can communicate well with my coaches thru the app about the workout
and I can see the improvement using the graph that this app provided to me.
