Executive Summary

Shahna.co is providing makeup and beauty consultation to
everyone. We are trying to expand more of this kind of services to
help ladies and gentlemen in every age to identify their skin type. We
consult people using brands that already had in town. It is to make
easier for everyone to find the product instead of spend the amount of
money. This is because, not everyone is born with silver spoon and
with that, we also are providing moderated prices to all clients to make
them look presentable. However, having a skin problem or not familiar
with makeup stuff is a problem to certain people due to their low self-
confidence. Our mission is to help more clients build their confidence.
Also, we are going to have variety of promotions for our loyal
customers.

Then, we also providing makeup services for every occasion
such as wedding ceremony, birthday, modelling and so on. In the
meantime, we will be explaining the product we use and recommend
others product too that is suitable for our clients. Our staff is someone
who is experienced in this area. Next, our beauty services, to be more
specific we are consulting more on skin based or skin barrier. Some
people are having difficulties on finding which product are suitable for
them. It isa try and error for them. However, it is quite a wasteful to
spend on uncertain product that might affect our skin. In that case, we
are gladly welcoming everyone to come to us for beauty consultation.
We are here to help everyone build self-esteem and be confident.

We have various of objective to be aimed. Firstly, we want to
satisfy our clients with good services. Secondly, we also want to reach
first in services marketing for makeup and beauty consultation in
second year of the businesses. Lastly, we also want to increase our
company profit by 25% by the end of second year of business.

The products offered by Shana.co are local cosmetic
products and international products that has already been available in
every cosmetics, pharmacist, and shopping stores. We also offer
facial consultation services and advice from experienced
dermatologists as we want our customer to recognize their skin types
and also products that is suitable for them. As we are doing makeup
and beauty consultation, we will also give many advises to our
customer about beauty tips and also run facial skin examinations. All
this services and also beauty product prices are followed by market
price. This is because, as Shana.co would use the same brands of
makeup and beauty products, Shana.co would want to avoid conflicts
between customers about the prices of cosmetics and decides to
follow the same price as it is already fixed in the market now, however
Shana.co would charge a different price for the services of makeup
and beauty consultation as our services is unique and customized for
each and every customers.

Shahna.co provide best consultation for every customer who want to

get best result for their skin and beauty. In fact, the inside and outside

beauty of our appearance can increase our confident to facing people at

everywhere and every time. Moreover, Shahna.co itself want to reach first

in services marketing for makeup and beauty consultation in second year

businesses.

So, in order to achieve that aim we already set our target market that is

whom we want to sell our product or services which is three types of

people. Firstly, we want to sell our product or services to customers who

absolutely have skin problem. This because skin problem can indirectly

happen if we buy fake product or product that have so many chemicals in

it. For example, customers can have skin damage if they buy the skin

products that been sold without the validation from Ministry of Health

Malaysia that possibly have dangerous’ substances for health and skin

care and maybe it cannot cure our skin to our natural skin in a long period.

Secondly, we priorities the customers who want to get well information

and best tips about skincare routine and skincare product that suitable for

their skin. These ways directly give good satisfaction for our loyal

customers or even our new customers. For instance, we will consult them

how to use skincare product wisely and with right way because every

product has their own effect whether it is positive effect or negative effect.

We also advice thoroughly about the good or fake product their recently

used so that they can make a decision to buy the accurate product.

Lastly, we focused towards customers who want the best and smooth

consultation so that they can easily communicate with us regarding the

use, purchase and care of their skin and beauty. As being stated

Shahna.co want satisfy our client with the good services. So, in order to

achieve that principle, we provide a trained and knowledgeable employee

with good ethics as well as their expertise in skin matters that able to guide

customers well and managed.

Shahna.co is a success business that provides beauty consultation and
make-up products. We established it in 2021. Until now we are still able to
sustain and grow our company. Shahna.co vision is to be the biggest
beauty company in Malaysia. Our mission is to provide quality make-up
products at a reasonable price. It is because, in the market, the make-up
product is a bit expensive. a lot of people wanted to look good but don't
have money to buy it. Therefore, this is went Shahna.co established in the
beauty industry. To sustain our company, we use the unique selling
proposition method. There are 2 types of unique selling propositions. The
first one is called hard sell. Hard shell method we come up in giving
promotion on each of our product at a certain time such as New Year, Hari
Raya and Ended of The Year. Thus, customers need to decide fast to buy
our product or else they going to miss out on the promotion. The second
one is called softshell. Softshell is actually more to keep our relationship
with our customers. We teach our customers to use our product in the
correct way using our social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok,
and Youtube. Therefore, they can gain knowledge and tighten up their
relationship with us. In conclusion, this is how Shahna.co sustain and
grow.

for our customers. in addition, shahna.co also chooses among branded
and quality products so that our customers are very satisfied with the
products purchased and the prices are reasonable. Quality and original
items are chosen to avoid the use of counterfeit goods because counterfeit
goods can damage the skin and can also cause skin cancer. Next, we
always focus on customer satisfaction so that customers are more satisfied
with our service by being more polite and courteous when talking to
