Uploading a Folder

1. Click on the section that you would like to upload your folder. Example: Resources

2. Click on the sub-section where the folder should appear. Example: Week 1 or Kopaepae

3. Turn editing on

4. Click on Add Activity or Resource under the selected sub-section

5. Scroll down the resource list, click on Folder and then Add

6. Give your folder a name.

7. At this point, you can either choose to create a sub-folder and files within. OR simply start adding
other files by either drag and drop the file that you want to add in or alternatively you can browse
to select the required file

8. Click on Save and return to course to ensure the folder is featured correctly in the sub-section

Uploading Large Files

Large files need to be saved in a different location first like the OneDrive or if there are videos, they could
be uploaded to YouTube. Once this is done the URL link can be provided to tauira on iakoranga.
For example:
You can store your videos in an OneDrive folder as shown below and use the URL to share resources:

Uploading a YouTube Video
