Checklist
We love to form a team, work with enthusiastic,
creative people, and have a great learning attitude.
And hear that you fit the bill perfectly. It's great to
have you with us.
Warmest welcome to the Alpha Coach Family!
The aim of this Employee Handbook is to share with you our Company’s
vision, big-picture goals, values, manner of working, guiding business
principles, and how that reflects in our day-to-day tasks, how our teams
collaborate and communicate, and what is expected from you as an Alpha
Team Member.
We are an assorted bunch of enthusiastic, self-driven individuals with
diverse capabilities, experiences, and ideas, who have come together for a
common overriding purpose – to help the community get fitter and adopt a
positive lifestyle change that lasts.
We’re working to build an inclusive company with a values-driven culture –
the overarching premise is that all of us are good.
We believe that Happy Employees = Happy Clients = Stakeholder
Success, in this order, we believe that you’re capable, conscientious and
will do your job well, which is why we empower our teams with decision-
making opportunities.
We encourage ideas, suggestions, and feedback on how we can improve
the health and morale of the internal team, as well as how we can enhance
engagement with our clients So, if you have any disruptive and
transformational thoughts, please do share them with us every idea is a
good one. Talk to us and each other often!
This playbook contains nearly all of the policies and practices we use at
Alpha Coach – it is built on research, many debates, and some serious
introspection. It is certainly not perfect or cast in stone; it will continually
evolve as we go along, learn more from each other, and grow. But we
think it’s a great place to start. This will also help you get familiar with the
What, Why, and How we do things, and more specifically, how you and
your role relate to and contribute to our larger goals.
What are we here for? – The Alpha Vision

Social Media Guidelines
At ALPHA COACH, we understand that Social Media is a place where people
exchange information, opinions and experiences to learn, develop and have
fun. We recognize the growing influence of social media and its widening
Scope. Our social media company policy provides a framework for using social
media. This policy is built around two different elements: one, using personal
social media and two, representing our company through social media.
We [allow] our employees to access their personal accounts at work.
But, we expect you to act responsibly and ensure your productivity
isn’t affected. We ask you to be careful when posting on social media,
too. We can’t restrict what you post there, but we expect you to
adhere to our confidentiality policies at all times.
We recognize many of our employees use social media tools to
connect with customers and share information about ALPHA COACH.
Some employees act on behalf of Alpha coach or use our corporate
social media accounts or personal accounts to talk about our services
and business, contributing via creating blogs, stories, posts, reels
videos Etc.
We advise our employees to:
Avoid sharing intellectual property like trademarks on a personal
account without approval. Confidentiality policies and laws always
apply.
Avoid any defamatory, offensive or derogatory content. It may be
considered as a violation of our company’s anti-harassment policy if
directed towards colleagues, clients or partners.
Avoid speaking on matters outside your field of expertise when
possible. Everyone should be careful not to answer questions or make
statements that fall under somebody else’s responsibility.
Follow our confidentiality policy and data protection policy and observe
laws on copyright, trademarks, and fair use.
Inform our [Marketing Team] when you’re about to share any major-
impact content.
Avoid deleting or ignoring comments for no reason. They should listen
and reply to criticism.
Never post discriminatory, offensive or libelous content and
commentary.
Correct or remove any misleading or false content as quickly as
possible.
Promoting competitors' brands is prohibited and if any employee is
found doing so strict action will be taken.
We encourage our employees to share/reshare social media posts,

Our All Star Cast
Like in movies, Businesses too have some
desirable/undesirable character types. At work, how they
behave and respond to situations is what defines them. Find
below some classic character types:
HEROES – Energize everyone around them, spread hope,
look for solutions and help people win!
VICTIMS – Blame everyone for their situation, complain,
sap the energy of the team, and get drowned in the
problems.
VILLIANS – Harm everyone around them, and are ill-
intentioned.
While Villains are a straight NO, being in “Victim Mode” can
be equally detrimental for organizations. Be a LEARNER
instead.
Below here is our 7 steps self-help note to ensure that you
don’t fall into the trap of playing the Victim card at work when
you face a challenge:
1. Acknowledge the problem/failure.
2. Stay positive, and resilient & look for possibilities
and resolutions.
3. Seek help from your Guides (they were previously
Heroes); these are your
Managers/Leaders/Mentors/Top Management.
4. Listen & apply.
5. Adapt to the need of the hour, CHANGE.
6. Overcome the challenge = WIN.
7. Learn & Improve!
We want ROCKSTARS only!
What will essentially make you one here:
Be economics-driven (if you are paid 50, then work
towards bringing in 10 x 50 = 500).
Be the hero! (spread positive energy, not drain it),
De-escalate and diffuse tough situations (don't
dramatize or exaggerate).
Calendarize meetings, plan your work
day/week/month/quarter and set time for it.
Prioritize well, and focus on the most important & urgent
(manage your time effectively).
Create healthy work relationships, Be kind (makes one
look forward to collaborating with you).
Have a game plan for the execution of commitments
(less talk, more action).
Be great at your job (that’s why you were hired!).
Set aside your biases, take a fresh look at things and be
open-minded (you’ll learn more).
Share ideas and feedback to make us better (holding
back a good suggestion may be detrimental to the
company).
Be outstanding at everything you do! (averages pull
down the team output).
