CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS

foster long-term relationships with them.”

Relations Strategy

To interact with customers and build long-term relationships with them. Our company should
take out the time to appreciate the customers. There are many activities to build long-term
customer relations.

In this context, the company will focus on Freebies and Company Brand logos. Our

company spotted everyone's love for freebies. Therefore, the customers who purchase with
our company will reward with freebies such as T-shirts, mugs, or complementary products.

Meanwhile, all of the freebies will be printed with our company brand logo to enhance the
company's impression among customers.

CHANNELS

“Process which located between value propositions and customer
segments to help company communicates its offer to individual

Social Media Strategy

To position the product brand in the market, our company will focus on Social Media
Positioning Strategy. This is a unique positioning in which it’s focused on a set of

channels rather than a stand-alone tactic.
In this context, the product brand doesn’t have to show up across each platform. When
using this strategy, the key element is to choose the channels the company's target market

mostly uses which is YouTube.

During choosing the Social Media Platform, the company will focus on:

1. Where the target audience spends leisure time.
2. Where the target audience looks for information and advice.
3. Where the target audience spends money.

CUSTOMER SEGMENTS

“Process of dividing customers into groups based on common
characteristics and companies can market to each group effectively.”

Differentiation Strategy

To positioning the product brand in the market, our company will focus on

Differentiation Positioning Strategy. This strategy is relies on a product’s

uniqueness or innovative qualities in comparison with the traditional competition.

For example, the Bluetooth function that is integrated with our company product. It
automatically scans barcodes through a camera and the information will be sent through
the Bluetooth connection and converted into voice for blind special need user. Therefore,
compared to the current products in the market, this will be a brand new accessibility
feature for blind special needs user.

The consumers like the family member for the blind special needs user or user

themselves will be attracted to the brand and product. Basically, this new accessibility
feature will solve their problem and special need.

COSTS & PRICE

“Important process that help the company to decide
whether to pivot or proceed.”

Product Cost Comparision

Our company is a newly set up enterprise and has invested a substantial

amount in machinery and other manufacturing facilities.

Meanwhile, Company Y is an established enterprise and has been operating in

the field of manufacturing for the last three years and is now planning to outsource its
product manufacturing.

Therefore, the variable costs of our company are pitiful as compared to Company Y.

However, Company Y needs to incur a fixed agreed purchase cost of manufactured
products and fixed cost of the company. So, the fixed cost for Company Y is very low
as it has outsourced the product manufacturing.

Now suppose our company and Y both have 5,000 units product, and both of us

are selling the product at RM 150 per unit.

The purchase cost of the product outsourced by company Y is RM 210,000, and the
cost per-unit of our company is RM 80 per unit.

Profit of our Company

= RM(150-80) X 5,000 units
= RM 70 X 5,000
= RM 350,000

Profit of Company Y

= RM(150) X 5,000 units - RM 210,000
= RM 540,000

From the above calculations, it is very clear that Company Y has earned more
profits than our company as it has lower costs of products.

REVENUES & MARGIN

“Amount of money that is brought into the company through its
various business activities.”

Now suppose our company sell 100 unit of product per week and sell each

product for RM 150. Then your Weekly Revenue will be RM 15,000.

So, the Total Yearly Revenue will be RM 78,000.

The company can do the same calculations for monthly and yearly revenue.

However, since sales may vary over the month and year. Therefore, our may

have to do more detailed calculations.

Number of Price per Total Weekly Total Yearly Revenue
product sold product Revenue (52 weeks)

100 150 100 x 150 = 15,000 15,000 x 52 = 780,000

* This just the point / example on how to calculate it.
