DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

Dear Colleagues of TUV NORD Thailand.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you everyone for all your efforts
throughout the year 2021 under challenge situation of COVID 19.
The success of our company is built on the efforts of our employees in past year, I
appreciate the excellent performance from all of us, our spirits and valuable supports
to the company that everybody have shown.
Thereby our performance is not achieve the target, nevertheless we could show our
performance and good reputation in this terrible situation.

In 2022, we still face the challenges, Omicron infections has been spreading.
I realize that all of us could show team work and delicate our efforts for maintaining
business healthy with the balance in your life.
Your willingness to take every challenges is admirable to the company. Please
continue with what you are doing and reach for better every day. We never give up,
we will work together, we are teamwork. Everyone is the part of successful of the
company.

Please all of you take care of your health, jab the booster dose. Follow our COVID
19 office protocol. Universal prevention with rigorous health measures to safe you
and your families and bring forward to our workplace.

What are the top 3 things you’ve learn within your first 90 days?

• I do my best in the assigned missions with fully dedicated and never
give up.

• I appreciate the kindness of my boss and the excellent support of my
colleagues made our assignments a success.

• I have gained experience learning new knowledge both in Thailand
and abroad through various channels that Tuvnord supports to be
easily accessible.

What are the most challenging aspects of your job as an BD
Manager of sustainability?

Because the world a sharp reminder of the urgent need to
accelerate climate action, the focus is on business operation
in the development of Thailand and International recognized
GHG standards and we play our part in making the world
sustainability.

What would your friends say about you?

: I like helping others, being kind and giving advice to my friends.

What words would you pass to your childhood self and why?

The great aim of education is not knowledge but action due to in my
childhood I tried new things by myself. There is always trial and error in
everything I want to know. Whatever the outcome, I always felt good
about myself doing it.

Sales Executive

Role and Responsibility:

• Promote and sell certification services to new accounts
• Promote the company and acquire new business accounts
• Contact by telephone and canvass for new and existing customers to enhance sales

opportunities
• Arrange and conduct sales appointments to promote the company’s business and sell

the services
• Work to deadlines and targets
• Monitors performance of the department on a monthly base
• Prepares a monthly sales report
• Guides subordinates in achieving monthly targets
• Supports other departments in their marketing & sales activities
• Manages key accounts
• Ensures proper execution of order processing, handling of inquiries, preparation of

quotations, contracts and other customer requirements
• Prepares marketing material and company presentation
• Organizes marketing events, such as forums, and visits relevant exhibitions
• Maintains and updates a client database
• Communicates with the Operation Director for resource planning
• Assigns a trainer for newly hired employees

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in any related field
• At least 2 years relevant sales experience preferably from auditing and certification

industry
• Good command of English in writing and speaking are advantage.
• Pleasant and convincing personality
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Have knowledge in digital marketing

• Prepare monthly analysis report.
• Execute auditor database and distribute to users.
• Monitor status of audit file submission.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the superior.

Qualification:

• Thai Citizen, complete
• Bachelor degree in any fields
• New graduate is welcome
• High accountability and maturity with the ability to set priorities and to

assignments with minimal guidance
• Good command in English: Writing, Listening, Speaking
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word and Excel
• Typing skill: ENGLISH 50 WPM | Thai 40 WPM
• Good personality / Have service mind.
