DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

Dear Team Thailand,

It’s my pleasure to see that we are releasing our ------ newsletter.

Since our start, the journey of newsletter is growing from strength to
strength. My personal thanks to all in making this a good success.

Our employees are the core strength of the company. Present and future
success will depend on the strength of our employees and their active
participation in the future activities. Hence I would encourage you all to
identify the projects we are planning in TUV NORD Thailand and actively
contribute to it.

We are reaching the end of the pandemic which was with us since last 18
months. We now have a better understanding how to deal with it and
also our customers have adopted to new challenges. With more clarity
on our future we will plan accordingly and have some key projects and
initiatives so that we can position our company well into a sustainable
future. I look forward to your support, guidance and change.

GROUP'S MESSAGE

Mark Monday, 29 November, in red in your calendar:
that's when the employee survey will start. The Tivian
institute, which specializes in such surveys, has
developed the online questionnaire with the TÜV
NORD GROUP and is taking care of the technical
implementation and evaluation. Further information
on the survey itself is available now on our intranet.

The catalogue of questions is divided into several
sections: it includes topics such as jobs and tasks,
working conditions, cooperation, processes and quality,
management culture, health, how changes are dealt
with, communication from the Board of Management or
sustainability, etc.

Briefly about yourself.

: My name is Theejuta, I have nickname Aor and I’m now 44 years old. I hold
B.A in Humanities with English Major. After graduated, I decided to find the
job in the field of my study until I had a chance to join one well-known and
worldwide CB and still continued until I have a great opportunity to join TUV
NORD since 2020 .

I am willing to learn and quickly identify to the area I need to improve. This
experience allowed me to develop my interpersonal especially when we work
as a team.

I am looking forward growing my experience and hopefully giving great service
to the customers.

How would your co-workers describe you?

: Some says, Devil wear Prada.
Some says, Teacher Somsri.

Can you describe, how you handle pressure of Sales Target?

: planning and keeping control of your leads and prospects is the key, I think.
Get your pipeline in order and you will have more control over your prospects,
the stage they’re at, and the pressure you feel to hit targets.

The pressure comes from having a target and not having enough prospects at
each stage of your process to feel assured that you will reach the target.

Create Product Motivation for people who are highly likely to become
customers. Don't forget to pay attention to the leads that are already in the
Pipeline because those leads are already interested in our product. Might just
have to do something next. to lead to the closing of the deal One of the best
ways to stay motivated is to Building a good relationship and credibility for
both the product company and the salesperson itself.

Tell us about the most interesting project you’ve worked on.

: Once start to join TUV NORD Thailand, I had gain much more experience to
coordinate with the Governments’ project, the most impressive and really
interesting is under T-VER Project (Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction
Program). This is a mechanism that aims to encourage all sectors to participate
in reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the country. Especially manufacturers
and use renewable energy. Industry sector with energy efficiency
enhancement activities waste management,
which is the main target group with potential to reduce greenhouse gas
management in the transport sector including tree planting and forest
restoration This is an activity that, in addition to helping to store greenhouse
gases, can also maintain and balance biodiversity.

: Take all your responsibilities for what you do with determination
and be pro active.

Be yourself but don’t forget your professional way. Focus and
prioritize your work in each day.

Look in to all crisis or troubles you have and able to turn them to be
the opportunities that could help you moving forward.
