AND FREQUENT FLYERS

FOCUS and FOCUS on the frequent flyers who have piles of accumulated (points) dollars for discretionary spending.
The expanded range should be appealing to them and their extended families. In effect one frequent flyer will equate to 5 potential

customers on the basis that of an average family unit of 5 persons. Immediately the 6 million will multiply to 30 million potential
shoppers with money in their hands.

Harness executive lounges to be a window to this new shopping service. Capture the frequent flyers at this point to close a sale and non

RESPONSIBILTIES OF KPT

1. Launch of a fully fledged e-Commerce Platform for Garuda Indonesia complete with
domain, payment gateway, Garuda miles earning & redemption integrations.
2. Supply a total range of products for the duty paid home delivery and ground sales program,
including locally sourced items. Product sourcing underway and partially done.
3. Provide all design material for promotional and marketing activities.
4. Coordinate the delivery of products to customers that have been purchased under Home
Delivery.
