All framing lumber is number one grade or better
We do our own blower door tests as well as 3rd party blower door testing to ensure
envelope tightness
All drywall is 5/8” and is glued and screwed
All subfloor is glued and screwed
All exterior fasteners are stainless, including deck hangers
All interior and exterior paint grade trim is primed on all 6 sides and joints are glued
All painted interior trim is poplar
Cast iron waste lines in the walls for noise
