 All framing lumber is number one grade or better
 We do our own blower door tests as well as 3rd party blower door testing to ensure

envelope tightness
 All drywall is 5/8” and is glued and screwed
 All subfloor is glued and screwed

 All interior and exterior paint grade trim is primed on all 6 sides and joints are glued

Our Construction Process

 Construction checklists which must be signed off and turned in
 Schedule driven

 Weekly review of budget and schedule

 Written subcontracts with detailed scopes of work
 Our system tracks subcontractor’s insurances & licenses

 Prior to payment, subcontractors are required to furnish lien
releases

 We have a large and experienced team so there are many eyes
on the project

 We require continuing education for our team

After Move-in

 Two year “Bumper to Bumper” warranty

 Yearly Preventative Maintenance Program
 Yearly interior & exterior inspection with report
 Takes 6-8 hours
 Service HVAC twice a year
 Perform yearly service on elevator, generator, and
water heaters
 Every 6 months, power wash home and wash all
windows
 Lubricate all windows, hinges, and door locks
 Reseal stone countertops
 Change out batteries in smoke detectors & fireplaces
 Varnish stained front door and garage doors
 Vacuum refrigerator coils and clean out dryer vents
 Preventative Maintenance clients receive a 10%
discount on any additional services
