Guildmore - Rye Green Project

Following on from our previous newsletter issued in August 2017, we would like to give you
an update of what has been happening on the Project so far.

The cement storage container located next to the site office has now been removed from
site; this will limit the level of noise for you as local stakeholders. The final floor finishes
using sand and cement on all floors is now complete and weatherproof.

All scaffolding has been taken down from the external facades. The ground floor hoardings
are still in place to facilitate groundworks to the curtilage of the site.

Internally we are now starting to complete the fit out works to the respective floors. Doors
and windows are being fitted to the ground floor retail unit. Lights fittings are due to be
installed over the next few weeks, leading up to the completion of the project.
