Guildmore – Building complete at
Cricketers House

Works at Cricketers House are now complete!

The Guildmore team has now completed the construction project consisting a total of 10 new build apartments
made up of a variety of 1, 2, 3 bed apartments, designated as private sale units.

Guildmore would like to take this opportunity to thank local residents and the community for their understanding
and patience during the construction period. It has been a hard and often uniquely challenging job, but anything
and everything is possible with a winning combination of motivated staff, and a skilled local workforce.

Cricketers House is a development of just 10 brand new apartments set within a striking Neo-Georgian building
which features stone window surrounds and extensive balconies. The project is brought to life with a specification
