ii the fifth term of an Arithmetic Progression is three times the first term.

MECHANICS

If A is 115 N and the angle between A and B is 70o find the:
i. Angle between the resultant force and magnitude B
ii. Magnitude of B.

bi. A car, which is 75kg was pulled by two pulling systems A and B.
System A pulled at an angle of 650 and system B pulled at an angle 550 to the
horizontal.
Determine the force each applied, if they are in equilibrium.
