Characteristics Chat Si Nak has strong trunk and is big. The leaves are shiny, dark green, long and thin. The fruit is large and rather green and has straight pointed thorns in moderate size.

The thorns are convex and pointed; but none is around the center end of the fruit. The thorns at the fruit end are pointed and straight; but those around the fruit stem are hooked in.
