and capabilities but focus totally on the weaknesses of the organization and other people.

FOLLOWERS LEADERSHIP
Summary
• Followership is a strong concept, and some may say
it is the new form of leadership, but not many have
go aboard on followership studies. Discovering
followers‘ personality and their behavior has become
vital to leaders and organization. (Azlyn , et al 2012)
• The leader alone cannot stand in leadership filed, It
has to be with other components, the follower(s) and
the situation.(Ogunbado, et al, 2016)
• Followers have been the center of organizational
attention in modern structure. The activation of
followership could be a remark of successful
leadership. Team members identify themselves as a
unit and practically plan organizational development
and progress to accomplish similar strategies and
objectives. (Azlyn et al, 2012)
SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP
• Sustainable Leadership-refers to those behaviours, practices and systems that
create enduring value for all stakeholders of organizations including investors,
the environment, other species, future generations and the community.
• Sustainable leadership matters, spreads and lasts. It is a shared responsibility,
that does not unduly deplete human or financial resources, and that cares for
and avoids exerting negative damage on the surrounding educational and
community environment. Sustainable leadership has an activist engagement
with the forces that affect it, and builds an educational environment of
organizational diversity that promotes cross-fertilization of good ideas and
successful practices in communities of shared learning and development. Andy

SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP
Summary
• The mandatory role of Islamic spiritual intelligence
for organizational sustainability as employees are
considered the most valuable asset to their
organization (Mahmood et al., 2015).
• This resource is under threat as employees
confront behavioral problems due to a lack of
spirituality which can be negative to organizational
sustainability.
• Therefore, proper training programs and activities
performed by the organisation in line with the
Islamic spiritual intelligence are expected to be the
best resolution to the said phenomenon.
