LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT

We refer to our recent interview and we are pleased to offer you a career opportunity for the post of
Sales Executive in this Company subject to the following terms and conditions –

1. APPOINTMENT / COMMENCEMENT

You are appointed as Sales Executive WEF 12 August 2019.

We require you to report to DMSB office on 12 August 2019 at 8.30 am for work, and you are
require to report to your direct superiors Mr Ng and Danny.

2. SALARY, ALLOWANCE & INCENTIVES

Remuneration:

i) The company shall pay you:
a. The company shall pay you a basic salary of RM 2,500 per month.
b. The payment of salary is between 2nd to 7th day of each month

Allowance & Incentive

i) Incentives Scheme as per attached, and;
ii) Payment of allowance and incentives are between 16th – 20th of each month.

Please note that salary, allowance and incentives matters are to be kept strictly
confidential and not to be discussed with others.

3. PROBATION

Your probation period shall be 3 months. However if the company considers it necessary, we
may extend a further period of similar duration. During these 3 months period, probation staff
are not allowed to take annual leaves or unpaid unless approved by management on special
case basis.

4. HOURS OF WORK

Standard Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Staffs in general do not work on shift. However, in the event that urgent jobs / projects
are in progress which require shift or rotation work, separate directives from the
management will be issued to the executive who is in charge of the project.

If overtime is required for urgent jobs / projects, you may require to work overtime until that
job / project is completed. The working hours may be changed by the Company’s sole
discretion and as the circumstances dictate.

5. FRINGE BENEFITS

5.1 Employment Provident Fund (EPF), Socso & EIS

Company will deduct your EIS, EPF & Socso contribution portion according to the
Malaysian government regulation.

5.2. Medical benefits

For all confirmed employees, you may submit your medical receipts issued by the
doctors or any Government Medical Offices to Human Resource Department for
reimbursement of the medical fees. The maximum amount per claim is RM 50.00 and
capped at RM 600.00 per year. Company shall not bear any expenses related to
injury or disablement outside of working hours or for any medical appliances that is
recommended by the doctors.

5.3 Increment & Performance Bonus

Annual pay increment and bonuses will be at the discretion of the Company, the
quantum of bonus payable will depend on the performance of the Company and the
individual staff’s performance.

5.4 Personal Accident Insurance

You will be covered under the Company’s Group Personal Accident Insurance
Scheme from the date of your confirmation of your employment.

6 LEAVES

All confirmed staff of the Company will be entitled to the following as per below;

6.1. Annual Leaves

You will be entitled to 8 paid leave after 1st and 2nd full year of service
9 paid leave after 3rd full year of services

10 paid leave after 4th full year of services

You will be entitled to 12 paid leave after 5th full year of services with the Company,
with 16 days paid leave being the maximum leave provision. Please do note that the
Company will not grant both annual leave and/or advance annual leave for staff who
worked less than a year.

6.2. Unpaid / Paid leaves

You are required to apply unpaid/paid leaves at least 3 days before for non-peak
periods and you are not allowed to take any leaves during peak periods unless
otherwise approve by the management.

6.3. Emergency Leaves

Emergency leaves are subject to approval. On approval, Company will justify it as
either unpaid leave or annual leave subject to the availability of evidence provided.

The Company reserve the right to approve or reject any leave application which date hereof
the Company may find its suitability according to the business activities and selling cycle.

6.4. Medical Leaves

i) Without hospitalization

 You must inform the office on the day of MC and are required to provide medical

certificate to support your medical leave.

 First 2 years - 12 days (Limited to max. 3 days per quarters / 2 days

monthly - 16 days (Limited to max. 4 days per quarters / 3 days
3 – 5 years

monthly)

>5 years - 20 days (Limited to max. 5 days per quarters / 3 days

monthly

ii) With Hospitalization

 Maximum 60 days leave per annum (inclusive of MC leave in (a) above), you are
required to provide hospital medical report to support your medical leave.

(If you suffer from prolonged illness or disability or incapacitated for work as a result
of an accident for a continuous or aggregated period of 60 consecutive days or more,
you shall deem to have ceased employment from the company’s service, based on
the ground that you are physically not fit for work.)

7 FIDELITY

You shall be at all times and all occasions give your undivided loyalty and devotion to the
Company. You shall not engage in any other occupation or be concerned with the business of
any organisation outside the Company. Collaboration with competitors is serious and if
discovered, may lead to immediate termination.

8 PLACE OF WORK

In accepting employment with us, it is understood that you may be required to work from time to
time be transferred to any of the divisions, branches, departments and other places of work of
this Company or of any associate or subsidiary company of this Company.

9 DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

You shall not either during the period of your employment with the Company, except in the
proper course of your duties, or thereafter disclose or divulge to any person or persons
whomsoever any information of a secret or confidential character acquired by you during the
period of your employment with the Company relating to the trade or business of the Company
or any of its subsidiaries or associated companies related to the methods, designs, processes,
recipes, appliances, machinery or plants used by either by any person in its or their
employment.

10 DUTIES / RULES AND REGULATIONS

You are required in the course of your employment to devote the whole of your time, attention
and abilities exclusively to the business of the Company. You shall not while in the employment
of the Company, be engaged in any other employment or business whatsoever without the
previous consent in writing of the Company Director. In addition, you are required to
conscientiously abide by all the rules and regulations, expressed or implied, by the Company
which are in force from time to time.

11 TERMINATION

During your period of probation, your service with this Company may be terminated by either
party giving to the other, written notice of 1 month and after your confirmation, 2 months written
notice or equivalent payments in lieu thereof.

12 CESSATION OF SERVICE

Upon cessation of your service with the company, you should return all materials of whatever
description or forms belonging to company.

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please sign and return the attached copy of
this letter to reach us within 5 days as token of your acceptance of the appointment offered and the
terms and conditions of employment stipulated therein.
