Fred is a Chartered Accountant and a Financial
Expert. He holds MBA (Finance) from KNUST
Business School and BSc Administration (First Class
Honours) from University of Ghana Business
School. He is a member of both Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)-UK and
the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) -
Ghana. He previously worked in managerial
capacity at Ernst and Young (EY), Accra Breweries
Ltd,Western Steel and Forgings Ltd.

ISAAC GYEABOUR OFORI

LEAD CONSULTANT- BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES

Isaac is a Chartered Marketer and Business
Innovation Expert. He holds Postgraduate Diploma
and Professional Diploma in Marketing from The
Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) – UK and is a
member of CIM-UK. He also holds Bachelor of Laws
(LLB) from University of London-UK and BSc
Medical Technology from KNUST, Kumasi. He
previously taught at the College of Health-
Kintampo and is a former Chief Operating Officer
(COO) of Medilab Diagnostic Services Ltd.

GMC Consulting Ltd (“GMC”) is a business advisory and accounting
firm dedicated to providing business support services to Small and
Medium Enterprises (SMEs) particularly those in the informal sector
to enable them focus on their core business.
Since its establishment in 2011, GMC has built a solid reputation as
the firm of choice for leading SMEs in Kumasi and the rest of
northern Ghana.
No wonder, it was sole- sourced in 2012 by the various umbrella
bodies within the microfinance sector to undertake feasibility
studies and facilitate licensing of their members numbering over
two hundred nationwide when Bank of Ghana began regulating
microfinance.
