Multi-Gauging & Multiplexer Module
The Swiss made M-Bus is a multiple-input gauging system works to easily manage which previously complicated system into a single-output switch.
Sylvac Multiplexer Unit M-Bus also makes it possible for several signals to share one device or resource, for example a set of programmable air micrometer
integrated as an improvised jig inspection and display unit on analog PLC line, instead of having one device per input signal.

industry. Eisen gauges are versatile and innovative with their HSS, PCD coated material to chamfered gaging and precision anvils.
EP Series
Eisen EP Series is package of pin gauges in dierent sizes from 0.05 mm and increasing in
0.01 mm increments. There are two dierent sets; Class-0 and Class-1. All pin gauges in
Eisen EP Series are 58 HRC or harder.
Each unit can also be used as a basic go/no go gauge to determine small hole sizes, for
gaging slots, and nding hole distances precisely within a tolerance of ± 0.5 m for your
micron precision assurance as demanded by any clients.

Made in Japan since 1966, OJIYA SEIKI is comitted towards devising comprehensive precision gauging instrument which are durable and reliably practical.
According to JIS, outside diameter of the male screws are basically measured using plain ring gauge or snap gauge and inside diameter of female screws
are measured using plain plug gauge.
Ojiyas’ screw threads have two classes of class A and class B. In conventional JIS, it is classied into inspection and production use. In ISO based JIS, there is
no such classication. However, class A and class B are common for GO sides (plug/ring) of gauges only. The limit gauges for screw threads are provided in
the same class with the spec of screw thread products and consist of GO and NOT GO size as one pair.

Ojiyas Limit plug gauge (Plain Gauge) is a pair of gauges having dimension of maximum and minimum limit size of hole to assure the interchangeability of the
engagement between hole and shaft. The major types are plug gauge (stopping gauge), ring gauge and snap gauge.

Master Gauges
Master gauges are used as a standard gauge for calibrating, checking and maintaining comparator type measuring instruments, such as
cylinder gauges, micrometers, air micrometers, etc.
Spline Gauges
Splined parts are used in joining part between rotation axis and the part. Spline gauges are used to inspect such the splined part. We
produce plug type and ring type of spline gauges.
Taper Gauges
OJIYA SEIKI line of taper gauges are used for inspecting the angle of taper or cone diameter so as to secure interchangablity of products.
In most cases, Morse Taper(MT)is used for the main spindle bore of lathes, drilling machines and for the locating bore of taper shank drills,
taper shank reamers and machining centers. National Taper(NT)is used for the main spindle bore of milling machines, NC machining centers,
and BT cutting tools. Jacobs Taper (JT) is used for drill chucks, etc. The basic position of taper plug gauge is indicated by an etched line.
After applying a blue paste to the surface of the taper gauge, the gauge is inserted into the taper bore, pushed rmly into position and slowly
rotated 45 degree. Then the taper gauges is carefully removed without twisting. The percentage of area touching the opposing surface can
be determined by observing the color pattern.

XT500 Large Diameter 3-point Bore Gauge
The Bowers XT500 large diameter 3-point bore-gauge has been designed speci for the measurement of internal diameters between 300 mm to 500mm.
The newly designed constant-force digital readout ensures that the measuring pressure remains constant throughout the routine measurement whilst
radiussed measuring anvils provide optimum centralisation in the part. Measuring anvil sets are supplied in 25mm steps (300-325, 325-350 etc) and each se
has been manufactured to exact toleranced size. The 300-325mm anvils are the master reference set which are optimized for setting the gauge with setting
ring. The other anvil sets are then tted as required without further re-setting. You need only one unit of 300mm setting ring is required to set the gauge

Special Bore Measurement - Deep Hole Pneumatic
Bowers Special Bore Measurement - Deep Hole Pneumatic is operated by connecting a pneumatic actuator powered by a 3 bar compressed air
supply - either from a compressor or a workshop air-line. The measurement data is collected by a capacitive probe tted just behind, and in constant
contact with the measuring head.
Direct contact ensures high-quality transducer-type accuracy, even at great depths. Measurements are taken by pressing a footswitch connected to
the airline and the data is then passed automatically via cable back down the bore to the digital readout at the operator end.
