Bluestone Flagging PA Bluestone is a natural stone quarried in

strip mines throughout Northern PA and

Patios & Walkways Southern New York. Each quarry produces
its own shade of color, texture, and quality.
The different colors and textures, plus its

natural cleft surface, make this product very

unique. In recent years there have been

some new manufactured textured surfaces

introduced into the market. These include:

Thermal faced, bush-hammered, and

honed. Samples are available upon request.

Tumbled Irregular is another Tumbled Pavers
by-product of our flagging. Using Tumbled is also available

Cutting with WaterThe newest addition to Herb Kilmer & Sons’
customizing shop is the waterjet system. This
machine accurately cuts bluestone with water, not
a saw blade. The accuracy of the cuts is probably
the most precise in the bluestone market. We now
have the capability of producing a no joint patio
with this system. Pick from one of our patterns or
design your own. If you need a radius coping or
wall cap, just provide us with a template, inside
and outside radius, or a copy of a DXF file on
floppy disk. We also manufacture company logos
and novelty items. Please feel free to contact us
with any questions that you may have.
