ข้าพเจา้ ขอแสดงเจตจำนงสุจรติ ในฐานะผบู้ ริหารโรงเรยี นบ้านโคกศรีุุุ ทพ่ี รอ้ มจะสง่ เสรมิ สนับสนน
ขา้ ราชการและบคุ ลากรในสังกดั ทุกคน ปฏบิ ตั ิงานอย่างมคี ณุ ธรรม มีความโปรง่ ใส ในการดำเนนิ งานอยา่ งมี
ประสทิ ธิภาพและประสทิ ธิผล พร้อมที่จะรักษาผลประโยชน์ของรฐั และมอบความเป็นธรรมแก่ผู้มสี ่วนได้ส่วนเสยี

ข้าพเจ้าจะปฏบิ ัติหน้าท่ีด้านการบรหิ ารป้องกันและการปราบปรามทจุ ริตในภาครัฐ ดว้ ยสานกึ และ
ตระหนักในความรบั ผิดชอบท่มี อี ยู่ จะตง้ั ใจปฏิบัตหิ น้าที่โดยเตม็ สติปัญญา ความสามารถ ด้วยความซือ่ สตั ย สจรติ
เท่ยี งตรงและด้วยความมสี ติยง้ั คิด ร้วู ่าสง่ิ ใดถูก ส่งิ ใดผดิ ุ สิ่งใดควรทาุสิ่งใดควรงดเว้น ุเพอ่ื ให้งานท่ที ำเพื่อปราศจาก
โทษเสยี หายและบังเกดิ ประโยชน์สงู สุด โดยยดึ หลกั ธรรมาภิบาลในการบรหิ ารงานและจะยืนหยัดต่อตา้ นการทจุ ริต

ุุุุ๑. ปฎบิ ตั ิงานทุกขน้ั ตอนตามกฎหมาย ระเบยี บ และข้อบงั คบั อยา่ งครบถว้ น เคร่งครัด ตลอดจน
สง่ เสริมใหบ้ ุคลากรปฎิบัตงิ านตามกฎหมายระเบียบและข้อบงั คบั ที่เกี่ยวขอ้ ง

ในหนว่ ยงานซงึ่ จะทำให้ขา้ ราชการและบลุ ากรโรงเรยี นบา้ นโคกศรีุุุตระหนกั ถึงผลร้ายและภยั ของการทุจรติ

๕.๑ุประสานงานและใหค้ วามร่วมมือหนว่ ยงานต่างๆในการดำเนินงานขับเคลอ่ื นยทุ ธศาสตร์

ชาตวิ ่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามทจุ ริต ระยะที่ ๓ (พ.ศ.ุ๒๕๖๐ุ– ๒๕๖๔ )
๕.๒ ประสานความร่วมมอื เปน็ เครือข่ายปอ้ งกันและปราบปรามรทุจรติ ระหว่าง สำนักงาน

เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศกึ ษากาฬสินธ์ุ เขต ๒ และโรงเรียนบ้านโคกศรี
ุุุุุ๕.๓ุใหค้ วามรู้ แนวทางการสง่ เสรมิ ดา้ นคุณธรรม จริยธรรมแก่บคุ ลากรในสังกัดเพื่อให้มสี ่วน

ร่วมในการเฝา้ ระวังและตรวจสอบเพื่อตอ่ ต้านการทุจริตทกุ รูปแบบ

Subject: Honest Intent in the administration with Integrity of Bankoksri School

Bankoksri School under the Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 2, Office of
the Basic Education Commission. With the importance to manangement with integrity
and transparency. According to the policy (Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-ocha)
on September 12, 2014 in terms of promoting administer the state affairs with good
governance , prevention and suppression of corruption and misconduct in the government
sector.ุAccording toุthe Civil Service Code of Ethics, B.E.Fundamentals of Ethics for civil
servants, Office of the Basic Education Commission, B.E. 2552ุุcode of ethicsุุcivil servant
Office of the Basic Education Commission and according to the moral and evaluation
manual transparency of government agencies (Integrity and Transparency Assessment: ITA)
of the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission.

As the leader of Bankoksri ุSchool. I would like to express my honest intention
as the administrator of Bankoksri School. To promote support all civil servants and
personnel under the jurisdiction work with integrity be transparent in operation with
efficiency and effectivenessุุready to protect the interests of the state and provide fairness
to all stakeholders equal and equal people.

I will perform my duty in the administration, prevention and suppression of
corruption in the government sector with a conscience andุุrealize to the responsibility
that existsุwill be determined to perform duties with full intelligence and ability with
honesty and integrityุุhonest and thoughtful know what is right, what is wrong, what should
be done, what should be avoided so that the work done for withoutุุpunishment and
maximum benefit by adhering to the principles of good governance in management and
will stand up against corruptionุall forms will be performed as follows:

1. Perform all work procedures according to the laws, rules and regulations in a
complete and strictly strict manner, as well as encourage personnel to work in accordance
with relevant laws, rules and regulations.

2. Cultivate and raise awareness anti-corruption values, know how to distinguish
personal benefits and common interests Cultivate awareness of morality, ethics and
corruption prevention in an agency that will make civil servants and personnel at Bankoksri
School. Aware of the harmful effects and dangers of corruption for government agencies
and the nation.

3. Not accepting corrupt behavior and does not tolerate any form of corruption
4. Cultivate awareness among students of Bankoksri School aware of the harmful
effects and anti-corruption.
5. Operational guidelines and cooperation activities

5.1 Coordinate and cooperate with various agencies in implementing
strategic driving National Anti-Corruption Act, Phase 3 (2017 - 2021) .

5.2 Collaborate as a network to prevent and combat corruption between
the Offices Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and Bankoksri School

5.3 Knowledge and moral promotion guidelines Ethics for personnel under
the agency to participate in surveillance and investigation to combat all forms of corruption.

5.4 Jointly establish communication channels, disseminate and publicize to
support operations as a cooperative network to prevent and combat corruption.

5.5 Participate in any other action in preventing and suppressing all forms of
corruption with agencies in full capacity.
