Mask mandate update: We are slowly relaxing masking
requirements for the office for employees. Since Excargo
employees are 100% vaccinated, and cases in Harris County
are decreasing, we are lifting the mask requirement for
employees in the office. HOWEVER, guests will still need to
mask and employees in the presence of guests, will need to
wear a mask. As we all know, Covid is an ever-changing
virus, so our mask requirements will continue to be
reassessed as we learn more information.
Speaking of Covid, get your booster shot!!! Excargo’s main
priority, for both drivers and employees, is your safety.
Please protect yourself and others and get vaccinated.
Flexcargo points will be issued to anyone who sends a vaccine
selfie to Haley at [email protected], showing you have
received your vaccine/booster.

Adopt a Family
Excargo is participating in the Houston Children’s
Charity annual Adopt a Family Event. We have been blessed
to be selected to contribute to the Garcia Family’s Christmas
directly!

They have 4 children Ashley (Girl-17), Yamileth (Girl-
13), Alejandro (Boy-11), Pablo (Boy-5). They are primarily
Spanish speaking family. There is a curated list that can
be found at the link below where you can reserve gifts and
mark that you have purchased an item. The items have a link
(mostly from Amazon) however you can purchase the item
from anywhere. These are just broad suggestions and
different items can be purchased.

Driving Safety Tip

It is dangerous to
follow this closely
behind the vehicle
ahead.

With a following
distance of less than
4 seconds, you may
not have time to react
to changing road
conditions.

Aim for a following distance of over 4 seconds and
always leave yourself an out.

Don’t get boxed in when other drivers are selecting
their lanes. If you see brake lights up ahead, you should
signal the slowdown to drivers behind you by applying
your brakes within 2 seconds.
