Operations Update

1) The dispatch team is working closely together to ensure we keep all
business partners running equally through a new visual reporting process.

2) We are seeing last minute reports of bookings that continually roll
which we know is causing some frustration on the fleet side (we dispatch
the night before and then mid-day the bookings roll). Unfortunately, this
is something that is difficult for us to manage as the team is actively
confirming bookings are good before sending drivers the order. The major
offenders as of late are ONE and Hapag

3) We are seeing an increase in warehouse moves and appointments for
Alcohol customers, we expect this trend to follow into January

4) We are working on being very strategic with our chassis and
capacity, which means we are only pulling equipment for customers with
good bookings and set appointments. So some days may be slower than
others as we confirm the orders are good and thus, if you are working
OTR or Orange please let Dispatch know if you’re available to pre-pulling
your own equipment for the next day instead of sitting out a given day.

5) We are working on confirming all orders and customer requests as
we MAY have work Saturday 10-30-21, please reach out to dispatch and
notify them of your availability. At the moment it looks to be container
and van moves to Orange (if the bookings are good) and possible liquor
loads locally.

6) We are currently over capacity on pulling containers for Last Free
Days and returning Cut Offs, Please let dispatch know any additional
capacity you have so we can avoid rolling the orders.

7) Reports show, the fleet on average is running about 6 hours out of
a given day, as stated above we have orders to pull so please reach out to
dispatch towards the end of you day if your available to assist and make
another run.

Today is National StressAwareness Day
When stress lasts indefinitely, it can cause stomach issues,

heart health issues, and create a chemical imbalance between your
brain and nervous system. National Stress Awareness Day aims to
identify and reduce the stress factors in your life. Here are some
ways that you can reduce feelings of stress in your life:

Find Your Stress Triggers:
Ask yourself questions, challenge your beliefs, and focus on a new idea that

helps steer you away from your triggers. Understand that this might not happen
immediately, but it will help you take steps to minimize your stressors.

Ease Stress through a Better Diet:
Eating healthy can help reduce and manage stress. Certain foods can boost

serotonin, which helps calm the brain like eggs, pineapple, tofu, cheese, salmon, nuts,
seeds, and even turkey! Healthy, unprocessed foods also help build your immune
system and lower blood pressure. A good diet, coupled with exercise, is a great
combination to help reduce stress and improve your overall health.

Take on New Hobbies:
Seeking the right hobby should never add to your stress; it should empower you

to take on a new challenge and achieve new goals. When you find a hobby that you
really enjoy, you will always have time for it. However, if you notice that you are not
feeling motivated to pursue a hobby because it feels like work, seek a different hobby.

Figure Out What Works for You:
You can use many tools to combat stress. There are things you can do outside,

with others, and things that you can do right from home. Don’t be shy about your
pursuits—let friends and family know your goals and your triumphs. This will not
only empower you but also help hold you accountable. Remember, what works for
another person might not work for you, so don’t get down if something you try does
not work. This is all part of the
process of finding what works for
you so you can manage stress going
forward.
