The Texas Trucking Association (TXTA) annual conference is this
week! Marcia will be out of office Wednesday July 28th- Friday July
30th to accept this award for Excargo. Thank you to our amazing team
who made this possible. This award is
the direct result of a group effort to
keep Excargo a safe and profitable
workplace

Drivers, did you know the new 2021-2022 tax year for
Road taxes has begun? Truck Owners have until
August 31st to file their taxes. Owners can use several
online filing options to e-file these taxes.

One such company is Express Truck Tax:

IMPORTANT: Vacation Time!

If you are planning to take vacations for extended
amount of time, please let your dispatch team know so
Excargo can plan accordingly.

The Intermodal industries have picked up and
Excargo is constantly adding work daily. We appreciate
everyone for all the hard work you have done and want
everyone to enjoy time with your loved ones.

Please let your team know 48 hours in advance, or as
soon as you make vacation plans.

Here is an example from one of
our driver team members:

“Hello everyone, I will be on vacation next month from
August 26 through August 30th. I know it’s early so I will send

out a reminder 2 weeks before and a week before”
