The boy and his lost elephant toy
The story of the lost snuffles
Author’s note
I made this for people to realize that
everyone can go through the 5 stages of grief
and usually, not as much of uniform as this
story. I hope you’ll enjoy.
Page 1
Tim loved his elephant toy. He never went
anywhere without it
Page 2
He played with his toy and felt the little fur and
tusks, fluffy like clouds
Page 3
But one day when he was going to the store he
saw a little basketball hoop and a ball laid out
and dropped his prized possession
Page 4
When they got home he noticed that Snuffles
was gone and told his mother that they had
to go back. They went back... but didn’t find
him.
Page 5
On the ride home all he was thinking about
was that snuffles would be right there on his
bed and that this was all a silly mistake of
leaving him home.
Page 6
When he got home
though his elephant
wasn’t there so he
started to throw all of
his belongings across
the room maybe
thinking that he would
find it. He even
pushed his mom out.
Page 7
After yelling he went to his mom to go back
and to get a shot back there but he knew in his
mind as well as his mom that it was gone.
Page 8
He started to
cry. He gave up.
The elephant
was gone.
There was
nothing he could
do.
Page 9
His mom later went to the store
with Tim and surprised him with
a new puppy toy. Tim called
him sniffer.
Page 10
Tim finally realized
that his elephant was
gone. But, he loved
his new one although
he was sad for
snuffles. “Sniffer is
my best friend“ he
said to his mom.
