Our rst release will consist of 76 homes of 2,
3 and 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Each building will accommodate between ten
and fourteen apartments, with just two units per

oor and every ve to seven units will have its
own access with a private lift and stairwell, which
will create a feeling of exclusivity and privacy.

Because Higuerón West is a new build, our
engineers can collaborate with experienced
security experts, insurance companies and the
police to incorporate the latest high-performance
equipment in our installations. Understated yet
effective tools will also be incorporated to ensure
a safe and secure environment for all residents.

We have upgraded soundproo ng standards, both
between neighbouring apartments and individual
rooms to ensure the tranquility you would expect
in a development of this calibre. Excellent quality
brand-name appliances, xtures and materials
will be used throughout our apartments.

We have signi cantly decreased the overall density
of the development by reducing the total number of
units from 84 to 76, this will allow for more extensive
landscaped garden areas and spacious units.
