attached by a pergola within the 6 month closing period so that all of the real estate
offices on the entire Costa Del Sol will receive the portfolio of all of the homes and
townhouses to be sold on day one after closing of the land purchase.
We are extremely confident that all of our newly designed single detached villas
and single family villas attached by pergolas will sell within a very short period of
time. This is because our designs are much more innovative and unique then any of our
competitors’ while offered at a lower price - this has been and will remain to be the key
to our success.
Our company will be obligated and will have the exclusive rights to develop all of the

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS
So what are the best Marbella schools for your kids? The good

wide range of private and state schools for both younger children
as well as teenagers between 13 to 18 years of age. You can find
a wide range of international private schools in the area that can
delivers a British-style education while at the same time offering
education in Spanish language and culture, enabling students to
gain qualifications from both the British and Spanish examination
