BENTO 弁当, BENTŌ
(food kiosk theme)
Bento is a single-serving packed meal that is common in Japanese, Korean & Taiwanese culture. It is a very convenient food as it is readily made in many
places in Japan such as the railway station and convenient stores.
illustrated with procreate
DESIGN INTENTIONS
The intention is to blend the bento into the place itself to
enhance user's experience with the food and their
surroundings. The concept is to make the kiosk a bento box as
well, the wall's pattern and spatial planning is to imitate the
compartments of a bento box.

site
MICRO SITE PLAN
Bangi Old Market Is an old town located in the southern district of Hulu Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Its location is quite remote and lagging behind in terms of
development and infrastructure facilities compared to Bandar Baru Bangi which is only located 6km to the north. The site's lack of development gives out a
very peaceful and nostalgic vibe with a harmonious multiracial community.

DESIGN CONCEPT CANDOR MARKET
collage representations (Building name)
The concept of Candor Market is oepnness and simplicity.
This market intends to serve as an open invitation for future
development of the site by incorporating wide views and at
the same time having spaces that fulfills the needs of users
from all age groups. This market also enahnces the
significance of a traditional market, which is the raw and
roughness, by using raw concrete as the main facade and a
visually heavy looking structure.
