High Lacquered Custom Specialized Ceiling Finish with Fine Paints of Europe by
DiVinci Painters, in an off-white color selected by Lidia Design carry throughout
the living and dining room while fostering a subtle contrast to the foyer’s custom
upholstered bench wrapped in blue animal print embossed velvet fabric. The ceiling’s
high lacquered finish draws the eye up endlessly and amid the dwelling creating
a heightened effect. Prestigious Karastan carpet line the floors of the living room
establishing an intimate hospitable feel. A stunning fireplace composed of Terrazzo
and Marble titled “Explosion Blue Quartzite” is perfectly situated in a custom-
made Abruzzo cabinetry design. Sheer window treatments custom made by Nick’s
Upholstery Fabric unveil the stunning lake and city views. The sleek modern
furniture is custom made by Nick’s Upholstery Designed by Lidia Designs to fit the
space flawlessly.

The dining room is seamlessly accessible through the living room. A modern Kuzco
chandelier enhances the ceiling and is ice inspired molded hand-crafted glass. No
detail was sparred in upholstery design with dining room chairs that are draped in
custom ordered Pindler Antique Velvet. An accent wall designed by Lidia Design
features an antique mirror creating a background design behind an existing buffet.

The second bedroom majestically awaits you. Custom Colegax & Fowler Drapery
in Woodcote Embroidered Stripes with blackout lining set the dramatic yet tranquil
tone for this space. A Custom Queen Size Coverlett in Schumacher Thayer Quilted
Linen Fabric with Ivory Trim by Samuel & Sons envelop each bed. Custom chairs
and ottomans upholstered in Duralee Ombre Seaglass Pattern create symmetry
among the custom-made dresser with antique brass finish and mirrored front drawers
producing an aged look.

For the ultimate city escape, venture into the masterfully designed den. Beautifully
textured Grasscloth walls line this room complimenting the warm toned furniture.
The new Karastan carpet in a bold navy Chevron Pattern maintains a masculine feel
of the room so that it can be used as a home office area as well. The media cabinet
designed by Bernhardt crafted with a leather exterior front and wood top lining the
interior and sides. Custom Window Roman Shade with black out lining in a Soft
Folds Style with Zimmer & Rhode fabric with Embroidered Silk embodies a subtle
feminine touch. The Sofa Sleeper reupholstered in Kravet Couture Wool fabric is the
ultimate relaxation when the workday subsides. Enjoy endless city views from the
Club Chair and Ottoman dressed in Fabricut “Caftak” Zebra Stripe Animal Print
Pattern. Accent pillows showcase the furniture and are all custom made with feather
down inserts with meticulous leather cord lining.

The Powder Room is simplistically refined. New blue toned wallpaper with an elegant cork sparkly finish, makes this space
contemporary chic. A gilded gold finished mirror is centered beautifully above the vanity.

Eclectic with a modern twist is the overall feel of this magnificent home. Each area you venture into has a continuity of the
previous room but executed in a different interesting manner through selections of materials thoughtfully chosen. An address

Mornings will never be the same as you enjoy a five-star breakfast overlooking lake Michigan in
your breakfast nook surrounded by high end appliances and white quartzite countertops. Nickel
finished pendants line the island from above creating the ideal atmosphere for a Chef’s kitchen. An
entertainer’s dream awaits as you peruse the Abruzzo kitchen cabinetry with an Iceberg Stone top
island constructing a luxurious yet functional atmosphere which lights up at night showcasing the
meticulous detailing of the raw material. A graphite artistic tile backsplash compliments the white
quartzite for a simplistic yet grandiose design.







The primary bedroom is fit for a king. The furniture has been reupholstered by Nick’s Upholstery
with S. Harris diamond embossed velvet fabric embodying all things regal. Custom made bedding
with Novel pattern on pattern chenille and velvet in a champagne taupe is the essence of luxury.
The primary bathroom is the ultimate oasis with dual vanities, glass door shower, and soaking tub
overlooking lake Michigan.

Stone top lit up. This is a very popular stone for its
translucent quality and ability to be reflect and be lit
up. It was rare and hard to locate the stone when we
worked on the project. There was a long list of other
customers waiting for products to come in.

significance and artful scenery. This area initially expanded in the 1880’s with
Georgian and Romanesque residences built for wealthy Chicagoans, lending a present
