Warm Up

1. Two laps around the gym ( track )
2. Arm Stretches

2.1. Left arm across chest
2.2. Right arm across chest
2.3. Left arm behind your head
2.4. Right arm behind your head
3. Leg Stretches
3.1. Feet Together
3.2. Right over Left
3.3. Left over right
3.4. Squat & use elbows to push knees outward

Sack Race Relay

Instruction: Players will break into two teams, starting with 3 sacks each.Players
will put both feet into the sack. When the whistle is blown, one player at a time will
rush down around the cone and back until the entire team has went. Keep in mind
you will have to switch off sacks. The fastest team down and back is the winner.

Objective: To be the first team finished.

Equipement: 6 sacks

Key Skill: Speed & Movement

Space Requirement: Half Court

Time Requirement: 6 min

Tug - A - War

Instruction:Player will break into two teams and each team will get on one side of
the rope. When the whistle is blown each team will pull on the rope until majority of
the opposing team is over the cone.
Objective: What team can pull the other team across the cone.
Equipment: Long Rope & Cones
Key Skill: Strength
Space Requirement: Half Court
Time Requirement: 3-4 min

GOT-EM COACH

Instructions: Players will break into two teams and line up at a cone. When the
whistle is blown one player from team “A” will run and one person from team “B”
will try to tag the player from team “A”. If tagged the opposing team becomes it
and will try to tag the other player from the opposing team.

Objective: Which team can get the most people out.

Equipment: 3-5 Cones

Key Skill: Speed & Change of direction

Space Requirement: Half Court

Time Required: 8 min

Simon Says

Instructions: One person is elected to be Simon, the others are the players. Standing in front
of the group, Simon tells players what they must do. If done correctly you take a step
forward, if done incorrectly you stay where you are. However, the players must only obey
commands that begin with the words “Simon Says.”

Objective: Be the first one to touch Simon to become Simon

Equipement: No Equipment

Key Skill: Memory

Space Requirement: Half Court

Time Required: 6 min

Call Out

Instructions: Players will divide into two teams,counting each player by numbers.
Teams will go on separate side of the court and a flag will be placed in the middle
of the floor. I will call out a number and the players with the same numbers will try
to get the flag and return it home without being tagged by the opposing team.

Objective: Help your team score 3 points to win

Equipment: A Flag

Key Skill: Speed & Agility

Space Requirement: Half Court

Time Requirement: 8-10 min

Ultimate Frisbee

Instructions: Class will be divided into two teams. I will make 2 endzones for each team.

The purpose if the game is to catch the frisbee in the opponent's end zone to score a point.
You can only take 3 steps with the Frisbee then you must pass it. If its dropped its
incomplete the other team gets the frisbee. You may not hit the Frisbee out a persons hand

but you can intercept it.

Objective: Score points to help your team become the victor

Equipment: Frisbee & Cones

Key Skill: Movement

Space Requirement: Full Court

Time Required: 10min

Stack

Instructions: Class will be divided into two groups and will go one at time. Each
player will stack the cups to the top then unstack them without a cup falling. If one
cup falls you start over. Fastest team that completes the task wins.
Objective: Stack & Unstack to win
Equipment: 20 cups ( 10 cones each) & Table
Key skill: Speed
Space Requirement: Table Length
Time Required:6-7 min

Pacman Tag

Instructions: Two students will be selected to be it. All students must walk the lines
without being tagged. If a person is tagged you will join the team that is it. Last
person standing is the winner.
Objective: Be the last man standing.
Equipment: No Equipment
Key Skill: Movement
Space Requirement:Half Court
Time Required: 6-8 min

Tic - Tac - Toe

Instructions: Students will get into two groups and line up at the cones. Given 3
cones to each group, the whistle will be blown and students must run and try get 3
in a row. Be mindful one group can block you from having 3 in a row so move fast.

Objective:One team has to get 3 in a row.

Equipment: 9 Hula Hoops & 6 cones

Key Skill: Speed & Memory

Space Requirement: Half Court

Time Required: 7 min

Red Light Green Light

Instructions: One person is selected to be the traffic light. With everyone else back
on the line, you must listen to the command of the traffic light. If he/she says
“green light” you may proceed, if he/she was to say “red light” you must stop. If
movement is seen on a red light that player must start over.

Objective: Be the one to tag the trafficker.

Equipment: No Equipment

Key Skill: Memory & Movement

Space Requirement: Half Court

Time Required: 5-7 min

3 Claps

Instructions: One student will be selected to be it. Students will stand still scatter
around the gym and clap oce giving the que. The one blindfolded has adjust to the
clap and find them. When found you become apart of the chain.
Objective: Be the last one standing.
Equipment: Blindfold
Key Skill: Use of your 5 senses
Space Requirement: Half Court
Time Required:5-7min

Musical Hoops

Instructions:Players will move around freely avoiding the Hula Hoops while the
music is playing. When the music stops players must hurry and get to one. If a
player is not in the hoop then they are out of the game. After each round, a Hula
Hoop will be removed.

Objective: Be the last person standing in the Hula Hoop

Equipment: Hula Hoops & Music

Key Skill: Movement Skills

Space Requirement: Half Court

Time Required:7 min
