Completed in just eight weeks, the Catford Green
marketing suite project involved the complete strip out
and refurbishment of an existing modular structure for
Barratt London.

We created a replica show apartment, selections area and meeting rooms on
the first floor, while the ground floor featured bespoke handmade furniture,
display graphics and an interactive zone. Externally the entire building envelope
was wrapped in a white aluminium composite cladding system to provide the
building with ultimate kerb appeal.

Situated adjacent to Vauxhall Station, Keybridge is leading the next wave
of marketing suites that form part of on-going regeneration of Nine Elms.

Working closely with the appointed main scheme architects and partners Fabrica and Mount Anvil,
we provided a complete ‘concept to construction’ delivery and internal fit-out service in just 18 weeks.
The resulting two-storey marketing suite utilises an array of contrasting materials, textures and finishes
that together create a truly unique design and visitor experience.
