UCAPAN ALUAN KETUA JABATAN
Alhamdulillah bersyukur kehadrat Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala (SWT) kerana
dengan limpah kurnianya Pameran Projek Pelajar DFT50114 (kursus Integrated
project) Sesi 1 2022/2023 Jabatan Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi
Politeknik Kuching Sarawak dapat dilaksanakan dengan jayanya.
Pameran Projek Pelajar DFT50114 Sesi 1 2022/2023 kali ini adalah penganjuran
program di peringkat jabatan yang melibatkan 33 penyertaan yang terdiri
daripada pelajar semester akhir Trek Pembangunan Perisian dan Aplikasi serta
Sistem Rangkaian.
Program seumpama ini sangat signifikan dalam memainkan peranan untuk
membudayakan aktiviti inovasi dan pembangunan sistem bagi penyelesaian
masalah dalam kalangan pelajar JTMK. Saya menyifatkan pertandingan ini
bertujuan menyemarakkan usaha di kalangan pelajar ke arah kecemerlangan
dan keberkesanan penghasilan projek inovasi yang boleh memberi manfaat
kepada masyarakat.
Saya yakin dan percaya aktiviti ini mampu menghasilkan pelajar yang
berinovasi dan berfikiran kreatif selaras dengan misi dan visi Politeknik
Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi Malaysia. Syabas dan tahniah diucapkan kepada
semua pensyarah penyelia dan pelajar di atas komitmen yang diberikan
sepanjang proses penghasilan projek dijalankan.
Akhir kata, saya ingin mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi tahniah dan penghargaan
kepada semua AJK yang terlibat dalam menjayakan Pameran Projek Pelajar
DFT50114 Sesi 1 2022/2023 Jabatan Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi
Politeknik Kuching Sarawak terutamanya Tuan Pengarah Politeknik Kuching atas

Alhamdulillah dan syukur ke hadrat Ilahi kerana Pameran Projek Pelajar JTMK Sesi
1 2022/2023 telah disempurnakan.
Tanpa sokongan daripada pihak atasan, rakan sejawat dan pelajar yang terlibat,
sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung, mungkin aktiviti ini tidak dapat
dilaksanakan dengan jayanya. Saya juga ingin mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi
penghargaan dan tahniah kepada semua pelajar projek akhir yang telah
bertungkus lumus dalam menyiapkan projek akhir masing-masing sehingga
mampu mempamerkan kesan yang sangat tinggi terhadap penghasilan produk
akhir anda.

Pameran Projek Pelajar DFT50114 INTEGRATED PROJECT Sesi 1
2022/2023 adalah merupakan suatu program di bawah anjuran
Unit Projek Jabatan Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi (JTMK)
dengan kerjasama Unit Pensyarah Pelawat Industri (PPI). Program
ini dilaksanakan khas untuk pelajar-pelajar semester akhir
mempersembahkan hasil projek akhir mereka. Disamping itu,
program ini juga merupakan pentas terbaik untuk mempromosikan
para pelajar Politeknik Kuching Sarawak kepada pihak industri
melalui penghasilan projek mereka agar pihak industri lebih peka
dengan kebolehan dan kemahiran yang dimiliki oleh pelajar
Politeknik Kuching Sarawak.
Objektif program ini adalah,
1.Menjadi platform untuk pelajar mempersembahkan hasil kerja
projek mereka dan berkongsi ilmu serta pengalaman bersama.
2.Membolehkan agensi luar lebih memahami apa yang dipelajari
oleh pelajar dan secara khasnya dalam bidang ICT.
3.Mempromosikan kebolehan dan kemahiran yang diperolehi
oleh graduan Politeknik Kuching Sarawak.
Melalui penganjuran program seumpama ini diharapkan dapat
memberikan impak dan manfaat kepada para pelajar untuk
meningkatkan keberkesanan pembelajaran dan keupayaan dalam
penghasilan kerja berkualiti melalui potensi kemahiran dan
prestasi diri. Justeru, dapat memupuk kemahiran berkomunikasi,
semangat berpasukan serta meningkatkan gaya pemikiran secara
kreatif dan kritis.

Color blindness occurs when you are unable to see colors in a
normal way. It is also known as color deficiency. Color blindness
often happens when someone cannot distinguish between
certain colors. To achieve these goals, the creation of "Color
Detector using Arduino" will make it easier for color blindness
people to recognize the color that they must recognize. Creation
tool TCS3200 color detection is based on the large number of
persons with special needs, so this color detector can be
independent again in everyday life, especially on matters relating
to the colors. Apart from the above, color detection exhibits great
potential in the field of quality monitoring, chemical technology,
nanophysics, and clinical medicine, because of their rapid, direct,
specific, convenient, and sensitive features.

Student course status is an important matter. Without an accurate
course status or information about their course result, it will lead to
many problems. CourseStats was created to prevent such
problem from happening. With CourseStats, Academic Advisor
can check and identify their student course status. Student course
status is the student final exam result, or their status carry for each
of the course that they have taken. The required software and
hardware are easily accessible and easy to work with. Other than
that, CourseStats as described above, can reduce error, reliable
and increase productivity. It can assist the academic advisor to
concentrate on their other task rather than to concentrate on the
record tracking and keeping. The aim is to help academic advisor
to manage their students, so that the student is not being dropped
out of or left behind in a certain course. Because of this the system
indirectly helps student in their education management.
E-COMMERCE DROPSHIPPING

This project is to create an E-Commerce website for the client -
ITELECTROKOM ENTERPRISE the owner is Madam Flora Intai.
The website will be able to the following function/task. the
customer can view the product based on the category (clothing,
electrical. car accessories and local products. Once the
customer has selected the product, the product can be stored in
the cart before the checkout. The payment can be done via FPX,
Online, credit card, and debit card. Lastly, can create an account
on the website how to see the record of the previous
transactions. The website will be developed using WordPress or
PHP and the database will be stored in MySQL.
DRAINAGE MONITORING ALARM

Lack of adequate sluices mechanism opening in some drainage
systems can results in pre-flood during heavy rain and natural high
tide. The "Drainage Monitoring Alarm System" project was
undertaken with the purpose of contributing to solution of this issue.
The purpose of this project is to create a wireless sensor network
that can monitor the state of water level in real time. The sensor data
was saved in the cloud and may be accessed via the Blynk
application. The architecture provides for data collection to aid in
management improvement to determine the project's feasibility,
drainage experiments were conducted on Lorong 10 Tabuan
Dayak. The project hardware was successfully built at a reasonable
cost and detected changes in water level in the drainage. It is
intended that this effort will allow households to make early
preparations and be warned if the water level suddenly rises.

(ONLINE MEAL ORDERING SYSTEM)

iOrder is very useful for the hotel industry to make the process of
ordering easier. This system is very helpful as the system itself
provides self-service for guests to order meals. The hotel guests can
order the meals by scanning the QR code to access the web page.
However, the system also can send the order to the kitchen side
after the guests have submitted their order through the web page.
Manual methods to take orders will take time to be completed and
may cause human error. The benefits of the system are improved
productivity and avoid of any human errors that would occur. Other
than that, iOrder is a very convenient system as it can record the
order bill in the database. Mean that, the order bill is recorded then
issue with the billing statement. This system will make the payment
easier as guests just need to pay the billing statement at checkout.
IOrder is built with back-end control in which interact with user
interface. The most bigger speciality of iOrder is this system can be
apply in any level of business for those who want to deliver their
products/items/meals.
HOUSE RENTAL SYSTEM

House is a place for gathering human beings that can improve the
quality of life for humans economically and socially. However, to
reduce the cost of the expenses for a student, the student needs to
rent a rental house with a budget price. Thus, the person who
wants to rent a house must follow the price that has been
measured by House Index Price (HPI). Motivated by this problem, a
rental house management system is developed to manage all
matters in renting a house. With the development of this system,
users only need to login into the system to book the rental house
that is available in the system. The methodology used in
developing this system is agile. The programming languages used
in this system are Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and Hypertext
Mark-up Language (HTML) and MySQL database.
BOOKING MANAGEMENT

The booking management system is an application, which using
cloud-based for easier lecturers to make laboratory booking. Before
this, there is no booking system nor an application for the lecturer to
book the available slot. This booking management system can
facilitate laboratory reservation matters in planning teaching and
learning (PdP) activities as well. This system also can improve the
existing laboratory management system at the Department of
Information and Communication Technology, Polytechnic Kuching,
Sarawak. For development, Android Studio was used for
programming and Firebase for the database. In methodology, a
Prototype Model is used as a guideline in the development process
to meet the characteristics and objectives that have been sets.
Once this system is developed, it will go through several tests by
lecturers. This system was found to have some high capabilities in
helping to manage the laboratory more systematically.
CONTACTLESS ATTENDANCE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Taking attendance and recording them for future use or analysis is an
important task in many organizations. However, it becomes an issue
because most organizations record attendance by using pen and
paper to sign their names. In most universities attendance are usually
recorded by signing on a paper containing student names which is
provided by the lecturer. This project will develop a website that will let
student key in their own attendance and manage student attendance
effectively and efficiently. This would allow recording attendance to be
a fully automated system that simplifies and addresses all the issues of
the manual way in which attendance is recorded. The specialities are,
student can view their attendance on a certain date. The system could
also be programmed automatically to analyze attendance record and
select students who should be sent warning or bar letters.
LIBROS

Libros provides the contents through internet to the learners also
known as Libros. Libros are a technology which supports
teaching and learning via a computer and the web technology.
However, online education is just one type of "distance learning".
It bridges the gap between a teacher and a student in two
different geographical locations. The results of previous
research show that mobile apps using Android as a learning
medium can improve students’ interest in learning and academic
results. Students in high school need to study materials that can
be accessed anywhere and anytime. Therefore, it is important to
develop a learning model that integrates outdoor study with
Libros and a mobile app.
These apps can make it easier for the student to find information
more easily, organized and interesting. These apps also have
various attractions such as games, videos and quizzes so that
they can know their level of understanding.
MANUSCRIPT REVIEW SYSTEM

Manuscript Management System (MaRSys) is a system built to
manage manuscript for National Research and Innovation
Conference. The main objectives of this system are creating a
digital platform or website for manuscript management, providing
user (author, reviewer and conference organizer) a centralize
repository to manage their manuscript and keeping track on the
manuscript reviewing process. Currently, the manuscript
management is done manually by the organizer which has quite a
number of drawbacks from the process, such as lost track of the
manuscript current progress, missing email and so on. The
development of this software adopting Agile methodology where
customer’s needs is the priority to design the requirements of this
system.
ONLINE VOTING SYSTEM

Nowadays, you can complete most tasks online. Voting in the past
required people to step outside of their comfort zone. We therefore
developed a system known as Online Voting System in order to
provide many people with comfort. Choosing study
representatives from among the JTMK ICT Club members is easy
and quick with the help of the Online Voting System. It is a new
method that replaces the former method of electing club
representatives in the ict club, which was informal and restricted to
messaging platforms. This method was developed to make the
voting process simpler to manage and to reduce errors to the
absolute minimum. The results can be accessed by clicking the
result button when all the votes have been cast.

This system is to develop the system a new and efficient
reservation system. The preparation of food takes a couple of
minutes, which seems quite hectic sometimes. As a result, this
strategy increases the speed and systematization of processing
customer requests. Then, restaurant staff utilize these orders
through a user-friendly system for quick processing. This system
also aim to make the managers notice or identifies which menu
is the most ordered and who is the regular visited customer in
which period of time. Therefore, this menu and table reservation
system is designed and developed to help the restaurant to have
a better management. By having this system ,the time of placing
order has reduced. The customers do not need to wait to be
serve when they eat in the restaurant. The customers will be
more satisfy at this system.
POLI SERVICES ORDERING APPS

This project aims to create service ordering apps that will aid in the
improvement of the existing traditional method at Politeknik
Kuching Sarawak. One of the main issues facing the current college
is overcrowded cafes, where students and staff can order food in
the app. Furthermore, students must continue to wait for services
such as car washes and haircuts because these services can only
serve one student at a time. Thus, student can use the app to
reserve their order. Moreover, some students forget they have an
appointment, so the app can notify them 2 hours before their
appointment. Most students and staff do not know the quality of the
service, they can know the quality of the service through our rating
feature. Therefore, this service ordering system was developed
using a mobile application to assist students and staff in saving time
and reducing the workload of service providers. This mobile
application will be developed in Android platform with the help of
this few software such as Android Studio and Firebase that is used
to store the database.

The Kuching Sarawak Polytechnic Entrepreneurship Unit is a small
business unit that assists the department's Incubator in selling and
advertising its goods and services. Based on current observations, all
incubators are still using old systems that are considered outdated,
slow, and inefficient, such as logbooks to monitor the incubator's
inventory and cash flow. In addition, having to make sales reports
manually through a log book takes a long time. In this project, we will
create a web-based platform that facilitates students and staff to
view the products sold in each incubator online, generate soft copy
reports, and manage transactions, sales, and orders, Transactions,
and orders will be tracked for future use and financial records,
reducing financial issues. We will use a variety of software to build a
complete application.

The ability to calculate tutors salary(main problem) as manual
computation produces errors, and wastes a lot of time. For the
stated reason, an efficient Website for SATC (Simply Academic
Tuition Centre Management System is designed to calculate tutors
salary, tutors attendance and registration for students who wanted
to apply tuition).

Science Land under interactive learning mobile application is a
method of nowadays technology that help student to have
interact on fun learning in Science. This mobile application is a
software application developed specifically for use on small,
wireless computing devices, such as smartphones and tablets.
This project are going to present about the science world by
reacting to the quiz question and learn on the information that
have been stated. Meanwhile, interactive learning will help on
engaging students who are raised in hyper-stimulated
environment. In addition, it will sharpens critical thinking skills,
which are fundamental to development of analytic reasoning.
Other that that, by having this application, beyond the potential
scientific breakthroughs, the students will developing their ability
to ask questions, collect information, organize and test ideas,
solve problems and apply what did they have learn.

This study examines a data collection system innovation used by
industrial training students to ease the work of LI
administrator/lecturer. This is because the present system is
inadequate for all administrators, lecturers, and students LI at
Politeknik Kuching Sarawak, as it currently uses Appsheet, which
is not a particularly systematic technique for gathering student
data. Because of this, we aim to create a new system that is
tailored specifically for students and administrators/lecturers in
industrial training. Finally, the current procedure requires
students to submit physical copies of their LI documentation
through the post office, which takes time to deliver by the due
date, even if they already have a soft copy online. As a result, we
want to create a system that will make things easier for both
students and administrators /lecturers. One click is all it takes to
submit any assignments or documents LI students have about
appendices or videos.

As it is known, plants or plants should be well taken care of by
making sure that all the basic needs are there. Mainly water and
sunlight. Therefore, all gardeners and farmers will ensure that
they water their crops at an adequate rate. However, not all of
them had time to do all that let alone farmers. So, we will create a
product known as Auto Plant Waterer to simplify all the tasks of
gardeners and farmers so that their plants are always awake.
CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR

The common causes of carbon monoxide poisoning are staying or
sleeping in a vehicle with the engine running, running a vehicle in
closed space, running a vehicle with faulty exhaust and holes in the
car body. Inhaling a certain concentration and duration of carbon
monoxide can cause serious health problems and even death due
to carbon monoxide poisoning. Existing carbon monoxide detector
does not have an effective countermeasure for a dangerous level of
carbon monoxide and unable to interact with the vehicle to turn off
the engine to stop the source of carbon monoxide. People unaware
of carbon monoxide leaking into the vehicle through holes and
cause carbon monoxide poisoning if they inhale the gas for a certain
amount and duration. The significance of this project is the
implementation of IoT technology in this system allows the user to
monitor the level of carbon monoxide in a vehicle cabin remotely
using the Android app. The system able to send text messages to
the emergency contact and the user if the level of carbon monoxide
is dangerous and the user does not turn off the vehicle in each time.

Plants have an important part in maintaining the ecological cycle,
hence adequate monitoring is necessary to ensure healthy plant
growth and health. As a result, a smart plant monitoring system
based on automation and internet of things (IoT) technologies was
developed. Sensors such as pH sensors, LM35 sensors, water
level sensors, and so on are utilized for this purpose. The pH
sensor determines the acidity and alkalinity levels. When the pH
level falls below the threshold, the signal is delivered to the Arduino
board, causing the pump to pump water into the plant. The water
level sensor is another requirement for this operation. The sensor
detects the water level in the tank and provides the water level
value to the Arduino board, which then sends the data to the
cloud. The entire plant monitoring data will be transferred to
Thingspeak and extracted for display on the website application.

For the past few years, the accident rates in Malaysia with the
number of cars on the road has increased. The purpose of our
system, the CLOUD-BASED STORAGE DASHCAM WITH
ACCIDENT DETECTION SYSTEM is to raise awareness of
normalizing an accident alert system in models of cars moving
forward. As the average response time for medical personnel is
eight minutes. Time is very crucial in the dire state of an accident.
This system uses IOT devices to interact with Telegram which is
cloud-based centralized instant messaging service. It also uses
the Telegram's Bot API to communicate with the system. When
an accident has been detected, the system will send an alert
message through the Telegram Bot in the chat. Then, the
recipient will ask the system for the GPS information via
Telegram through a command prompted in the alert messages.
To mitigate false detections, the user has time to react by
sending a command in Telegram to reset the system.

Shuttle Bus Tracking System (SBTS) is to develop a real time bus
tracking system to enhance current shuttle bus service system in
Politeknik Kuching Sarawak. The tracking system enhance current
system in Politeknik Kuching Sarawak, provided a platform for bus
service provider to monitor bus status and update latest
information to the user. It also a real time platform for bus user to
check on bus traffic status in anytime and anywhere. Methodology
applied in this project is agile development. The system developed
in this project is not modules independently, all modules have to
integrate to become a working system.

O'Dtrio Aromaticas is an automatic air freshener spray product that
conduct a sound and LCD display, Plus, it can control the air
freshener spray remotely from far away meanwhile user can also
change their interval time too only by using their smartphone. To
improvised an automatic air freshener spray, we will provide a
product that work to minimize the deficiency compared to this
product before. In addition, this project also provided a web
application for users to manually control the air freshener spray
whenever users are on the go. Hope that with this combination of
feature it will make the product more convenient to users since it will
be useful to all of the community that uses the air freshener spray. In
a nutshell, it will look sophisticated with this kind of technology at
your home and will make user's home stay aromatic and fresh every
day.

Sistem Registri and Rekod (SRE-2) is developed for Sekolah
Kebangsaan Tanjong Bako (SKTB) in tackling the problems
made from their outdated filing system where it is hard to access
in order to check the last reference number that has been used
resulting in redundant documents occurring during the time-
consuming process. SRE-2 is a remotely accessed web-based
file management system that works to auto-generate a formal
document reference number, easily saving up-to-date filings
through processes that save time. From the questionnaire given
to 9 respondents of various backgrounds from SKTB, the highest
min score value, with analysis on usability with a min score of
4.71 followed by design at 4.62. Meanwhile interactivity at a
score of 4.62 and user-friendliness at a score of 4.47. It is hoped
that with the existence of this SRE-2 system, the government's
desire to drive digital innovation in services will be achieved.
MAILBOX SENSE

The purpose this project is to design and develop Mailbox Sense
based on monitoring the current method of mailboxes, mails sent
and placed in mailboxes are often abandoned by users because
they forgot to check their mailbox. Users feel it is a waste of time
to check the mailbox because usually their mailbox is empty
when checked. Objective of this project is to design a useful
mailbox to help solve problems faced by users. Project uses (IoT)
device material as a connector between sensors and batteries
that will be used in this project. HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor will be
used to detect the presence of mail or letters. When mail or letter
put into the mailbox, sensor will detect it the presence of the letter
then the sensor will alert the IoT device used to send a
notification message to the user through the Telegram
application on the user's phone.

The title of this project is Smart Camera Laser Security System. The
objective uses is to build a camera laser security system that can
take the picture of suspicious people that enter the DCN
preparation room when the system is on, to develop an anti-theft
system in the DCN Preparation Room that can alarm/notify the user
via SMS and to develop an app which will be used to manage and
control the system. These objectives are been chosen for the
investigation of these aspect. Besides that, this investigation is
carried out at JTMK building at DCN Preparation Room. In this
investigation I can know for sure the important of security system in
DCN Preparation room. Findings shows that security system are
very important to protect valuables. For conclusion, I can deduce
that security system in DCN Preparation Room are very important
to protect valuables in that room.

Smart Bus Attendance uses RFID to keep records of students
riding the bus. Each student who boarded the bus to Politeknik
Kuching will be provided with an RFID tag. Previously, the
institution had to record manually by scanning a QR code and
then filling in Google Forms. The manual system is time-
consuming and difficult to track the student's location. This project
can lighten the burden of the institution because it can
automatically fill in student attendance by using RFID readers. In
conclusion, by simply scanning the RFID tag on the RFID reader,
then all student data will be recorded. From there, by integrating
various components such as an RFID reader, an RFID card, a
microcontroller and a secure digital card (SD card), an RFID-
based mobile time attendance system can be established. and
become the solution to this problem. The unique identification of
each person based on the RFID tag is one of its special
capabilities that can make the attendance process faster and
easier than the conventional method.

Nowadays, most chicken breeders use manual methods to control the
chickens in the coop. Breeders always need to keep monitor the
condition of the chickens in the coop and some even come back from
far places immediately because the need to monitor the temperature
and humidity conditions in the chicken coop is very crucial. If the
Chickens coop temperature and humidity are not control properly, it
can cause the chickens to not be able to process the quality of the
eggs properly and may result in unhealthy egg quality and also be less
sold in the market due to most of the eggs being damaged. With the
smart chicken coop that has been built, it can reduce the burden on
broiler chicken breeders to use easy ways to control temperature and
humidity. This method also makes it easier for breeders who are
outside to control the temperature in the chicken coop environment.
This project uses the blynk application to control the movement of fans
and heating lamps where this application will act when the temperature
and humidity decrease and increase according to the movement. As a
result, this smart chicken coop actually means to broiler chicken
breeders to not having to monitor the temperature conditions in the
chicken coop within 24 hours.
SMART IOT FLOOD
MONITORING SYSTEM

Flash floods usually occur in rapidly developing areas. Higher
percentage of property damage occurs, and a lot of lives are lost
when the residents in the flood-prone area are not ready to face
the incoming flash flood. Therefore, we will build a system that
can help the residents to be more alerted to the danger of flash
floods. This project, Smart IoT Flood Monitoring System will use
Arduino's IoT-based technology. A website that displayed the
water level and rain speed reading is created for the resident to
monitor the current situation in the flooded area. The website also
provide flood safety tips to help user. The website will receive the
water level and rain speed data from NodeMCU module that
receives the information from various sensors. Finally, to send
alerts to our users, we will use Telegram Bot to send warning
messages to the user via Telegram.
SMART HAND SOAP DISPENSER

The hand soap dispenser is a product that contains a hand soap
solution and a dispenser. This product is typically used for hand
washing where it can be found in most restrooms or restaurants.
There are many designs and shapes of soap dispensers that can
be found in the market. The functions of all soap dispensers are
almost the same, which is dispensing hand soap solution.
However, most of the available hand sanitizers do not operate
automatically. Since it is manually pumped out from its dispenser, it
leaves behind numerous bacterial colonies as different people use
the pump. These colonies can mix up and re-contaminate different
hands, resulting in more resilient strains of bacteria that are not
completely removed by antibacterial hand soaps. Therefore, by
creating a smart hand soap dispenser, we can help reduce
diseases from spreading through touching.
KITTY-O-FEEDER

Most of us have pets at home, some have the patience to feed
them regularly but some don't. So taking care of them during our
busy schedule is one of the main problem in maintaining pets. We
even have to worry about them when we leave our home for
some days. So, we decided to create this automatic cat feeder.
This Kitty-O-Feeder uses a NODEMCU Micro Controller and
consists with DC servo motor and other hardware equipment. A
software code is dumped into the micro controller to perform
operations like rotating motors. The cat feeder is actually using a
two sensor. The first sensor will detect the presence of cat within
distance of 5 centimeters or less and the servo will rotate and
dropped the food. Meanwhile the second sensor is to sense how
many percentage of food that left inside the feeder and if the food
is getting low, user will get notified via Telegram Bot. The user also
can collect monitor the data of how many gram of the cat food
that the cat has eaten for example in one week through
ThingSpeak. So, the user will know how much the cat can eat in a
day or in a week and avoid to overfeed the cat.

A chatbot is a software that is used to develop interaction
between a user and a computer or system in a natural language
like human chats. Chatbots chat with the client in a discussion
according to the input of a user and answer to the client. It makes
the user think that it is chatting with a human being where as
they're chatting with the computer. The chatbot application
helps the student to know about the admission process of the
college from anywhere with internet connection and receive fast
replies. This chatbot system reduces the work of admission
process department by providing the required information to the
students or public and also reduces the workload of the
department to keep on answering all the queries of the students.

This project is about developing a web-based application known
as Smart Expenses Management (SEM). The main purpose of this
project is to develop a web-based application that allows users to
manage their expenses digitally where they have access to their
expenses as long as they have internet access. It is also a web-
based application that acts as a middleman in helping its users
remember the expenses they have to pay. This system is
specially designed for those who need help in better money
management especially those who have problems in managing
their expenses. With that, from this project we can find that with a
public that is increasingly busy and dependent on technology,
this project is very useful and is a great idea to make expense
management faster and easier and it can be further expanded to
have more functions that can help users.
