Letter from Jim Brown, CEO
I wanted to take a moment and thank those of you who attended
the quarterly Town Hall meetings. Across seven offerings,
approximately 330 people attended. This is about a 1/3 increase
from our typical sessions. I appreciate you taking time away from
your work. Also, I appreciate our leadership helping you make
time. In the coming weeks, I will be doing a similar roadshow with
our free-standing emergency departments and host a weekend
session. I believe that these discussions are very helpful in fostering
understanding of the hospital’s performance and priorities. As was
stated in each of the Town Halls, congratulations on a successful
2019. We enter 2020 with significant momentum and I look forward
to numerous successes this year.
Happy new year!
