The Young Adults enjoyed the ultimate wind down to top off our day: The perfect view of the city at
sunset. This rooftop bar, which opened in Downtown Hot Springs in 2016, is located on the rooftop of

the on top of The Waters Hotel in Hot Springs AR340 Central Avenue, Hot Springs, AR 71901.
