Project 2019 was funded by the
Community Foundation Fund,

was a summer long project that
included basic science education
regarding the plant growth
process, the student’s role in
helping their garden and plants
thrive, cultivating the garden,

POP ! Culture Jackson-
Wonder Academy
POP! is excited to host year 3 at our Jackson-Wonder
Elementary POP! Culture Character Building Academy,
Scholars engaged in a plethora of hands on activities and
critical conversations to create thought provoking dialogue to
foster changes in their cognition and cultural mindset
regarding honesty, integrity, respect, entitlement, love and
developing a mind, heart, and life of gratitude.
Within the POP! Culture Character Education Program POP
is an acronym for “Powered on Positivity.” The program uses
the power of positivity to create a culture of kids that possess
a positive self-image, high standards for goal attainment, and
quality values.
Throughout the duration of the program, the POP! Scholars
acquire life-long skills that will prepare them to be
effective leaders of tomorrow. The program activities and
structure also develop a spirit of love and develop new
friendships within the POP Family.
The students ended the semester with an
achievement celebration honoring and
recognizing those who were faithful in
their attendance and applying their new
knowledge and skill set in their everyday
lives. The Pizza Party themed
celebration was the perfect farewell for

GIRLS! organization exists to uplift the delta through
investing in humanity. The volunteer staff of our
organization has been working diligently at the grassroots
level in our community to address the social, academic,
and economic deficits within our region. We strive to
achieve this through living out lives based on our
organizations name and mission; Godly Inspiration in
Real Life Situations. We seek to uplift through inspiration.
GIRLS exist in 2 facets, GIRLS Global, which is a virtual
online sisterly fellowship and the G.I.R.L.S! LIVE!
Movement is an opportunity for women in the West
Memphis, AR and Memphis, TN Metro area to connect,
support, and inspire one another. As members of GIRLS!
we are committed to the natural and spiritual growth,
success, and prosperity of our covenant sisters. ‘the 2019
year for GIRLS was another year of Fabulosity! The
GIRLS loved on God, our GIRLS, and our community in
a special way!
The GIRLS celebrated an awesome Founders Month
Celebration in the month of April! In July the GIRLS
excitedly welcome 11 new sisters in 2019, The
Deuteronomy 11 Level Up GIRLS!
The GIRLS sponsored 2 GIRLS cares service projects in
2019, one benefiting education and welfare of children
and the other benefit families in transition due to domestic
violence. In the month of October, the GIRLS hosted their
Annual EmpowHERment Weekend and it was nothing
short of AMAZING as the GIRLS hosted their first
destination event in Little Rock Arkansas. The GIRLS
closed out the year with their annual Christmas gathering,
Mommy and me Christmas outing, sistHERly SONday
Fellowship, and celebrating a milestone of 2.5K likes on
their Facebook social media page. No matter where we go
we are never alone for we know we have GIRLS around
the World as part of our GIRLS Global Sisterhood,
connecting weekly virtually via our online community.

The CQCC is a grass roots movement in affiliation with Producing Outstanding People. Inc. The CQCC
was developed in efforts to mobilize the citizens in Crittenden County to become actively engaged within
the community in all areas that impact the quality of life for residents in Crittenden County.
The major focus of the coalitions efforts for 2019 were devoted to connecting the citizens with the
information needed to cast a quality vote in the school mileage proposal for both Marion School District
and West Memphis School District which are both school districts in Crittenden County. The CQCC
hosted 2 commUNITY Forums and the “First 30 Days” Coffee and Conversations. This event allowed
constituents the opportunity to connect with the newly installed 2019 elected officials.

Christmas with POP! 2019 was more spectacular
than ever! The POP! Dynamic Donors rose to the
challenge with more than 100 children to bless.
The children experienced and shared the love of
Jesus in a real way. Authentic Agape Love is the
greatest gift that can ever be given or receive.
POP! gave gifts to replicate the great love given
in the gift of God’s son Jesus Christ, who is the
savior of the world! Each child enjoyed a Happy
Birthday Jesus Party filled with great food
