Phanpittayakom School
In 1963, Mr. Suchart S. Wongphan, Phan District Chief, Mr. Pricha

Suwongwan, Phan District Education Officer, along with merchants, people saw
that Phan District was a large district with many citizens. For one year, students
graduated from primary school. A lot of people try to study elsewhere It has
been difficult and costly, and therefore plans to set up a secondary school. With
the cooperation of the people donated a total of 40,000 baht to find a land of
20 rai, but the plot of land is very far from Phaholyothin Road. Therefore,
exchanged with the land of the Phan District Rice Breeding Experiment
Departmentin order to get the land next to the road where the current school is
located.

Along with providing some construction materials to
collect.Then make a request for permission to open a high
school but the Ministry of Education did not allow it because the
building was not built, although the next year's permission was
unsuccessful again. has revived the story to take on a new
action by providing additional building materials to set a
temporary school building according to the form of the
Department of Extraordinary Affairs (at that time), size 2
classrooms, cost 30,000 baht.

And then made a request to open a secondary school in
Phan District by giving the name "Phanpittayakhom School", the
province ordered Mr. Chatchawan Amatmanee, a teacher at
Phayao Pittayakom School, came to take the position of
principal from The school has progressed rapidly. The budget
has been given to construct school buildings, auditoriums,
internship schools, and educational equipment from the Ministry
of Education all along. Until now, there are 5 school buildings, 3
internships, 1 cafeteria and 1 auditorium.

The first school building has been converted to a physical training school in the
present. In the 1994 academic year, the Department of Education approved
Phanpittayakom School Opened a branch school at Doi Ngam Sub-district in
response to the government policy. About expanding educational opportunities
and to prepare for the construction of a regular secondary school. This has
received cooperation from Mr. Veerasak Thampanyo, chairman of Doi Ngam
Subdistrict Council and Doi Ngam Sub District Council Committee in 1994
academic year, opened to 2 students in Grade 1, 90 students in the area of ​Doi
Ngam Subdistrict.

Wiang Hao and nearby sub-districts using the place of the district
council as a place to study and was approved to set up Doi Ngam Wittayakom
School Under the Department of General Education in the year 1997, under the
Office of Secondary Education Service Area 36. Year 2021, change from the
Office of the Secondary Education Service Area, District 36 to be under the
Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office.

Building 1 phaya chueang

Around 1693 B.E., Muang Phan was called 'Pan-na-kun'.It's
one of the thiry-six pannakuas in Phukamyao kingdom or Muang
Phayao. Later, Phaya Chueang-the ruler of Phukamyao marched an
army via Pannakua,at the moment, ahuter came across the army .
Without stoppingand paying respect to Phaya one day and one
night. Thus Pannakua was called Muang-chae-phran,since then.
Now it's the location of Ban-dong-san-pa-ad,Wiang-hao sub-district,
Phan district.

BUILDING 2 CHAO KHAM LUE

Around 1805 B.E., Chao Kham Daeng the
ruler of Phukamyao Kingdom sent his son "Chao
Kham Lue" and his wife to rule Muang-chae-pharan
with the population of 300 families. Chao Kham Lue
was a firely tempered, absolute and resolute
person. So after arriving at Muang-chae-phran, he
urgently restored, digging the canal around the
town. Thus he was called "Phaya Hao" and Muang-
chae-phran was called Wiang hao. Now it's the
location of Ban-dong-san pa-nad

PHAYA HARN

Around 2380 B.E., At the beginning of Rattanakosin Reign, Chao
Luang Dararittid t-a ruler of Lampoon pursued the captives from the north
of Lanna area (Muang Chiang ung) Sib-song-panna and Muang Wiang-hao
which were forsaken due to the Myanma's attract, "Phra Chao Bureng
Nong" and the people were pursued in 2101 B.E Nai Chan-da chan-one of
the capti es was sent to rule Muang Wiang-hao and he rebuilt the town
and gave the new name to the town muang Phan" And then they moved the
town to the new location called Ban-kao. Nai Chan da-chan was promoted
to Phaya Harn and he was the first ruler of the town or Phor Muang
during 2380-2407 B.E

Building 7, Royal Building12 There are a total of 4 floors, 24
rooms. This building used to be the fourth building before and when an
earthquake in 2004 caused the fourth building to collapse, causing severe
damage to the school. Four buildings were demolished and rebuilt, funded
by the Foundation. Somdej Phra Kanitthathirat Department of Her Royal
Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Her Royal Highness Princess
Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and built this building.

BUILDING 5 PHAYA
CHAICHANA-SONGKHRAM

"

Phaya-Chaichana-songkhram was the third ruler of Muang Phan
during 2438-2450 B.E., His ex- name was NaiIn Kham, the nephew of
Phaya Chai thao. He moved the town to Ban Fang-tuen or Ban Rong-bon.
At that time it wes calld Ban Huay chomphoo. And later the ruling system
changed to Province (Changwat) and District (Amphur), Phor Muang to
Sheriff. Phaya-Chaichana- songkhram was promoted to Luang Pong
Poonsawat. Besides, he was permitted to register the surnam "Chuea-
mueang-phan" in February 1 2458. This surname wa used by most people
in Muang Phan nowadays. Phaya Chaichana-songkhram died in 2474 B.E

PHAYA CHAI TAO

Building 6 Phaya Chai Tao Building has a total of 2
floors, 12 classrooms. Phaya Chai Tao is the son of
Phaya Han. Phaya Chai Tao had a wife named Nang
Aey and had a son named Nang Tum, a daughter of
Phaya Chai Tao who had ruled the people happily
and made prosperity for the country all along.

PHAYA SALEE JOMTHAM

Building 8 Phaya Salee Jomtham Building is a
special 5-storey multi-purpose building (with
elevator). Phaya Salee Jomtham was the son of
King Ngern, and Phaya Salee Jomtham was the
current ruler of Phakam Yao or Phayao. He is also
the creator of Phayao City today as well.
