ACTOR CHARACTER Mohamad Syamil Hakimi bin Faizul Manager Azli bin Jamlee Salesman Muhammad Syahmir Izman bin Mohamad Nazrul Customers Salesman (Azli): Hai Welcome to Cute Gadget . How can I help you Sir ? Customer (Syahmir): It’s okey let me see first Salesman (azli) : Sure sir. If you need help you can ask me Customers : Excuse me, do you have this kind of adapter? Salesman: Give me 1 minute, I need to check it first whether this adapter available or not. Customer : Ok no problem Salesman : Sir , this adapter is available. So, how many do you want? Customer : Just one only Salesman : Owh I see, anything else? Customer : No Sir, for now I need an adapter only. Salesman : Okey sir, So the total is rm59.90 . (Customer going home) (On tomorrow customer return back to the shop) Customer : Excuse me, I would like to complain. I bought this item yesterday but the item cannot be used. When I switched on the adapter it got spark and totally broken after that. That’s why I come here to refund. Salesman : Can I see your receipt? Customer : Sure , this is my receipt Salesman : I am so sorry sir, according to our terms and conditions, we can’t refund back instead you can exchange it with a new one. Customers: I am sorry to decline but I still want a refund. Salesman : Oh I can’t help you for that, if you don’mind you can discuss further to our manager . Customer : Ok, sure (customer come in into a manager office) Manager : Good afternoon Sir. Sorry for the inconvenience. How can I help you? Customer: Actually, I had bought an adapter from your shop but unfortunately that adapter was broken yesterday . So I would like to have my refund back.


Manager: Yes Sir indeed. We only can change your broke adapter with a new one. Customer : Do you have another way to refund ? Manager : I can help you to solve that problem . But, we have so many steps and procedure to be complete first so that you can get back your refund. You don’t mind for waiting it? Customer : Yes I can wait for it. (After 2 weeks the customers come back to the shop) Customers: Hai, I come to claim my refund Salesman : Oh yes sure sir , wait for a minute because I want to inform our manager. (Manager come to see the customer) Manager : Hello sir , so this is the details about your refund. You can sign here and then in about 3 to 5 working days you will receive your money. Once again, I would like to apologise you about this misunderstanding from our side and I hope this problem doesn’t happen again and thank you for your support to our company.
