Our recruitment process is designed to enable us to select creative, innovative people who have passion,
potential and only exceptional individuals become part of the AKSA-SDS team. We make our selection
based on a combination of your skills, competencies, experience and motivation.
WHAT TO EXPEC T AT EACH STAGE OF THE RECRUITMENT P ROCESS
Stage 1:
Career opportunity and application
On our career page, you will have the opportunity to browse through a variety of jobs (with detailed
requirements) and identify the role that best suits your qualifications and career aspirations.
Once you have submitted your CV online, we will acknowledge receipt of your application by email and
short listed candidates will be contacted further.
Stage 2:
Initial telephonic interview
If your profile matches what we are looking for, a member of our HR team will contact you to discuss
opportunities with you and scheduling interviews to enable us to find out more about you.
Stage 3:
First-round
If we consider you to be a potential candidate for the available opening, you will be invited to attend
assessment test and face-to-face interviews.
You will be interviewed by a panel consisting of HR professionals and domain experts. The aim of these
interviews is to understand your career interests, your educational background, skills, competencies and
experiences, and what motivates you to succeed at work. During those interviews, you will be asked
specific questions about those competencies (both technical and behavioral) which are linked to the core
job requirements.
These interviews will focus solely on your professional capabilities. We want to hear about your previous
experiences, challenges and accomplishments. This will also be a chance for you to ask questions and to
find out if this is the right job for you.
1. General Assessment Test (applicable to fresh graduates / candidates with less than 2.5 years’
experience)
Personality Test & Questionnaire (30 Minutes)
Relevant Domain Test (30 Minutes) (if required)
2. First Technical Evaluation
3. General Assessment Test (applicable to candidates with more than 2.5 years’ experience )

Second-round (if required)
Should you complete the first round successfully, you will be invited to participate in a second round of
interview. At this stage, you will meet with senior Management including an HR representative. These
interviews will enable both you and AKSA-SDS to assess the potential for future collaboration and for you
to get an additional insight into what working with us is like.
Interview with Senior Management
Reference check
You will be asked for details of one personal and two professional references. We will ask your referees
to answer questions about your previous work performance, your skills and behavior at work.
Job offer
Our selection panel will identify the most qualified candidate for the post.
Once you have been selected for the role, Manager HR will give you a comprehensive employment offer
and will answer your questions. Human resources will remain in close contact with you until your first day
at AKSA-SDS.
